I was late in coming to this story and looking carefully at the associated videos. Henry Makow sent out a story a couple of days ago about America's best known crisis actress, Columbia's Adrianna Victoria Munoz, being one of the Oregon 'protesters' being interviewed for TV cameras. I also saw that ("I'm no FBI informant") Pete Santilli was picked up as well, so I knew we had a government-sponsored psyops in play. However, I didn't know about the Jan. 27 Finicum "shooting" until Jan 30.

I didn't actually look at the videos to see who got shot until late in the evening of Jan. 30 and initially posted the first two videos seen at this link - without commentary - in the early morning hours of Jan. 31, sincerely believing that this really nice, gentle, and caring man (who Pete Santilli video taped the day before he got "shot") was a planned sacrificial lamb shooting by the usual Hire-a-Thug-with-a Badge robocops who were instructed to shoot this guy under the flimsiest of pretext ("resisting arrest"). I wanted to add some commentary to the videos later in the day, so I looked at the shooting in slow motion repeatedly to see as much detail as possible for commentary and then I start to have doubts about the authenticity of the whole thing.

For starters, why does Lavoy alone get out of the car from the driver's seat while the other four younger people remain seated inside the SUV? I read comments that the police "lit up" the SUV with 112 rounds at it approached the police vehicles blocking the road. How could anyone NOT get shot or wounded under those circumstances when fired upon at such close range? What was the purpose of Lavoy getting out of the SUV alone while the others remained inside? Wouldn't the police have shouted for EVERYONE to get out of the SUV? Do they just concentrate on shooting Lavoy out in the open while ignoring the possibility that those inside the SUV could have been armed and could have shot back at the cops who were "murdering" Lavoy?

The second cop who shot Lavoy in the back comes out of the woods with something in his left hand and shoots him in the back at nearly point blank range with his left arm extended. I initially thought the cop coming out of the woods was holding a rifle, but after viewing a closeup video enlargment (see further below), I see he's aiming with a hand weapon with his left arm extended. However, I don't know what that weapon is. Immediately after shooting Lavoy with the left hand weapon, the same cop is seen holstering another weapon that he was holding in his right hand and backing away from Lavoy's body. We next see Lavoy gently collapse into the snow starting from his feet up towards his head, in the same way a child would do when pretending to be shot.

I'm not buying it. The Finicum shooting is most likely faked as is the accompanying narrative from his friends who witnessed it: "they just murdered him" etc. .

And then this morning I do a little search on Youtube and come across this very cogent and spot-on analysis from 'Redsilverj' of the utter phoniness of the "let's get 'em" redneck, yahoo Idiot featured in this clip. and my escalating suspicions that the Finicum shooting is total theater goes into overdrive.

I have said this entire event is fake. You get attacked by both sides when you say this. In one of Ammon Bundy's videos before he went to Burns, Oregon, he was trying to persuade people to go there and during that taping he busted out laughing. I became suspicious. Also, according to witness Vicki Sharp:

they stopped;
Ryan Payne put his hands out the window;
they started firing;
then Ryan Payne gets out of the vehicle;
the feds handcuff and arrest him;
and then the others 'fled' in the vehicle.

Well, in the video, while they are stopped, you never see ANYONE get out of that vehicle. According to a newspaper report this incident was not seen because the trees hid it from view. You will notice that at very crucial moments the video camera zooms in on the trees. Also, just before they plow into the snow bank, you will see 2 black markers and the vehicle goes between those two black markers. A stunt driver is driving most likely. Then when "Finicum" actually gets out of the car, the camera again focuses on the trees, then back to Finicum, and lo and behold the vehicle driver door is closed. All the while a hail of bullets (that are never seen) is hitting the vehicle.

Now according to Vicky Sharp, she saw Finicum put his hands up and witnessed the entire incident. The problem is: they were all supposedly on the floorboards terrified for their lives because of the 5-10 minutes of gunfire the vehicle was being subjected to. Then you have the other guy in another vehicle traveling behind the Finicum vehicle and he states he saw Finicum charging the FBI and police. This is impossible, as this guy was stopped supposedly about a mile [2nd video above reports about 500 feet distance] from the actual incident. You can see that he is stopped and is in a brown jeep. This is also in the video. Finicum vehicle keeps going.

Then you have a witness that was driving by. According to him, the gun battle against the Finicum vehicle lasted about ten seconds...so all these different accounts. Then comes Shawna Cox who was not supposed to be released until the remaining four have gone home. Well, she got out Friday [Jan 29, 2016]. taking the attention away from Vicky Sharp who is not to be believed. Shawna heard Finicum say: "just shoot me." Shawna could not see, but she could hear and it seems like she said they would peek their heads up to see. Of course, she did all this while the vehicle is being hit by a barrage of bullets. Utter nonsense.

My last thought is this: There are four people remaining. They have stated more than once that they are willing to die. Sean Anderson threatened agents and called for others to "kill em" if law enforcement got in their way. Of course, daily they beg people to come and help. I believe they will make David Frye the next "martyr" in this made-for-Youtube production. They are already giving him toooo much airtime, and too many articles in the newspaper. Deb on the Pete Santilli show accidentally called him "David Key"? She is calling it the 'last stand.' She also called David Fry's (Key) phone call his "last message to a friend of his." She will air it, but she does not know when (my guess is after the character is killed off) and David Fry message I believe to her was "may the chains sit gently on your wrists."

Good Lord! This is all so blatantly false that I cannot even begin to understand how the masses can believe this garbage. Most ridiculous, fake shooting yet and apparently the longest running one. Just in time for the gun grab. You see, according to the lawyers for the Obama gun grab, the second amendment does not apply to the common man....just the "militia." Now you see this insane script and "would you want these weirdos to have guns?"

Is this the false flag event that will lead to martial law? This would be absolutely comical if the issue was not so serious and real.

I am a regular visitor to your site, and I have written you a few times, and you have graciously published my letters. I would like to address your take on the "armed standoff" (the media called it that, conjuring an image from some Quentin Tarantino movie, with a bunch of guys standing in a circle pointing guns at each other.) I believe that it was NOT faked, and here's why.

1. If it were faked, it would probably have gotten a lot more media attention than it did. CNN was there for a while, and the local stations and a few others, but it seems they lost interest when they couldn't find any burning cars or buildings or broken glass or any of the usual elements of "peaceful demonstrations." It simply wasn't frantic or exciting enough. Think about how much coverage Sandy Hook got, and there's almost no reason to think that actually happened. Pete Santilli was there almost the whole time, and he provided hours of live video of the day-to-day activities there, and a lot of it was just boring. It mostly consisted of people cleaning, talking, hanging out.

2. I know (or at least have met and spent some time with) one of the players there, Blaine Cooper. I met him in Mordor (my name for Washington, DC) at a protest. He never gave me any reason to doubt his sincerity or his intentions.

3. As far as I'm concerned, SilverJ never made his case for it being faked, he simply stated it. The video footage he showed of the pudgy faced doofuses with their dramatic pronouncements didn't correspond to anything I saw or heard before. LaVoy and Ammon Bundy were never that bombastic, and never did they brandish weapons like those two did. There was also no context to the shots, just some backhoe doing something in the background. That video could have been taken anywhere in the country, or the world for that matter. I have no idea who those people were. It's possible they were there, but I never saw their faces before. It would surprise me greatly if there weren't provocateurs, informants or crisis actors in among the people at the wildlife refuge. It seems only natural they the powers that think they ought to be would try to have something set up to discredit the patriots. I believe one of those might be the guy named Mark McConnell, who was first out with the story of what happened. The video he posted was full of phrases like "I heard that...", "I was told that...", and some of the things he said he witnessed, he couldn't have seen, since he was about 1/2 mile away from the scene of the shooting. Somehow, he had just happened to be sightseeing or bird watching or something by the Malheur Wildlife Refuge, but still managed to insinuate himself into Ammon Bundy's inner circle enough to accompany the group to the town meeting in John Day, Oregon. He was in a Jeep behind LaVoy's truck, and was stopped and detained before LaVoy was. It is hard to see much of what is going on from the back of a police car especially when you are hundreds of yards away. McConnell later posted another video wherein he apologized for repeating things he had only heard and not actually witnessed, but he conveniently left out who he heard the information from.

4. Why would the FBI purposely fake a video of the shooting of a man who has his hands up? It certainly wouldn't put them in a positive light. Why wouldn't they back up their version of events with dash cam and body cam video if they were telling the truth? They surely have it.
