Waiting victims were then forced to fill in the garves of the previously murdered and then they, in turn, were shot.  Of course, these patterns emulate the Nazis because the dominate controlling faction of the Illuminti are Nazis. Simply read the words of Herr Rumsfeld, Ashcroft, Bush, etc. and then the words of Von Ribbentrof, Hess, Goebbels, Himmler, HItler, etc.; same views, same mindset...Ken Adachi]

OTTAWA - Doctors in Ontario who suspect a patient has West Nile virus will soon be legally required to report their diagnosis to the local medical officer of health, the Ottawa Citizen has learned. The measure is part of the province's plan to be ready for the start of mosquito season this spring, when it is expected there will be a rise in the number of humans infected with the disease.

Ontario's aggressive strategy is likely the start of a national trend as the federal government and other provinces gear up for the spread of the disease throughout many parts of the country.

So far, the mosquito-borne virus has mostly been infecting people in Central Canada -- with more than 300 probable or confirmed cases in Ontario, eight cases in Quebec, and one in Alberta. But there are telltale signs the virus is moving east and west.

The virus is carried by birds, particularly crows, which contaminate mosquitoes that bite them. The infected mosquitoes then pass the virus on to humans.

Government officials trying to predict the spread of the disease are tracking the prevalence of dead birds with West Nile. Tests have confirmed the virus has killed at least three birds in Nova Scotia, 88 in Manitoba and 44 in Saskatchewan. Experts believe it won't be long before human cases of the virus begin appearing in those provinces.

Harvey Artsob, chief of zoonotic diseases at Health Canada, said in an interview yesterday that given the rapid spread of the virus in the United States and Canada in the last couple of years, "there's every reason to believe" the disease will make its way to British Columbia by the end of this year. Even if the virus is only found among birds on the West Coast by then, it's likely it will then start appearing among humans.

Ontario's chief medical officer of health, Colin D'Cunha, agreed with that assessment in an interview yesterday.

"It will not surprise me if I see cases west of us and in the Maritimes," said Dr. D'Cunha.

When West Nile virus first appeared in North America in 1999 in New York City, it was unclear whether many humans would be affected.

But the growth has startled scientists -- skyrocketing from 62 human cases in the United States that year to 3,873 cases last year in 43 states of the country.

In Ontario, said Dr. D'Cunha, there were 119 confirmed cases and 192 probable cases of West Nile in humans last year. There has been one confirmed death in the province, but the fatality tally might be as high as eight. Coroners in some cases have not yet ruled whether people with West Nile actually died from the virus or from other causes.

In any event, Dr. D'Cunha said the province wants to be prepared for the start of mosquito season. He revealed that among the measures to be taken is making West Nile a reportable disease.

Already, he said, there are more than 65 diseases on that list. They include HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases, bacterial meningitis, salmonella, and hepatitis A, B, and C.

Dr. D'Cunha said a disease is added to the list if it "is present here and it has the potential to spread or it has the potential for an element of prevention."
