(I noticed the other day that Mr. Rumsfeld was quick to note that the displaying of dead American boys on Arab TV was a violation of the Geneva convention. Apparently, it's OK for American TV to show pictures of dead Iraqi boys though. How about cutting off the water? Would that be a violation of the Geneva treaty if Iraq did that to us? I assume that it's OK though, if we do it to them.)
