Subject: getting out of the draft
Ken,
The way to get out of the draft. You have to ask yourself
if you are a U.S. citizen.
A U.S. 'CITIZEN' IS NOT THE REALLY YOU - IT'S A FICTION
David, One of the questions on the contract one signs when he registers
for the draft is: "Are you a US Citizen?" What this question really
means is: "Are you a 14th Amendment Citizen?" - in which case
you are a government-created corporate entity and hence will do as we say
- as opposed to: "Are you an American National / Sovereign?" -
in which case all your rights are reserved not only in common law but also
in commerce. War is commerce. If one were to answer 'No' to that question,
he would not be drafted.
The entire matter becomes very simple when we remember who
we are. Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction,
and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other
artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance,
is foreclosed from creating and attaining parody with the tangible. The
legal manifestations of this are that no government, as well as any law,
agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than
corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them. - Penhallow
vs. Doanes - 1795 *** http://famguardian.org//Subjects/LawAndGovt/Citizenship/WhyAUSNational.pdf
This link will explain why you are not a U.S. citizen.
