Thanks to a new form of cyber censorship, some of your Web pages are no longer correct (those known are listed below. but I may not have found all such links or references in my Google search), corrupted by a covert cyberwarfare strategy to mislead your patrons. Some links and references you have kindly provided to my site apparently now go/point somewhere other than intended – redirecting users to the LAST place you, I, or your visitors would like to be sent – to what I believe are intelligence community operated and monitored destinations. Everyone needs to be warned, not just those who have sites like yours and mine, but OUR VISITORS, who visit us with the expectation that we will not betray them.

About the Hijacking:

Does the Government Hijack Activist Web Sites like Proparanoid.COM? Someone did, and they demand a staggering $157,800 ransom to get it back - which is to say they don’t want it up at all! And I’ve discovered four other activist sites taken over by the same ‘Men in Black.’ This includes http://www.talkingaboutreligion.com, a discussion site which waxed political in nature, and even foreign sites such as http://www.humandrightswatchgermany.org, all of which were not immune to Web piracy by the same operatives. Altogether, I have uncovered by GOOGLE search about five pages worth of sites taken over by these firms, including several terrorist sites according to Israeli intelligence resources.

Terrorists, indeed. Perhaps Richard Perle has finally succeeded in causing the Department of Defense, CIA, and Justice Department (FBI, DOJ) to at last view you and me as terrorists, too. He has publicly stated he thinks as much (when his war profiteering as Pentagon advisor was pointed out by Web activists) - Perle favors sedition laws with severe penalties which would make it (your Web site and mine) illegal to criticize government, even for crimes. If not familiar, Perle was principle architect of the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, having drawn up the plans years in advance, described at my NEW <http://www.proparanoind.NET/perle.htm> NOILWAR! page.

Thus, when Government can’t suppress the truth adequately, it apparently steals it by a form of cyberwarfare, which is an official military term and military intelligence operations sector populated with hundreds of specialists in every form of hacking known to man. However, to date, I’ve only encountered one activist site where the operator realized, like me, it was a hostile takeover and who at least partly understood the means (exactly the way our sites were taken over) - and openly posted his thoughts about it. The rest simply wandered away into oblivion, probably not realizing they had deliberately been targeted.

Warning and Action plan - you could be targeted too!

Don’t let it happen to you. Visit the NEW http://www.proparanoid.NET and follow the very obvious hijack links to learn how activist site hijacking works and how to fight it in a well documented report on topic. There you will also find proofs for my belief that this particular Web piracy attack strategy is military and/or intelligence community based, and politically motivated.

What follows is what you can do right now, both to fix the problem as it impacts on you – and to fix the SOBs that don’t want people like you or me ‘on the air.’ If we are to be the ‘new terrorists,’ I propose we be the best at it we can be, since INCREASED public exposure of government wrongdoing of this type is the ONLY thing will prevent sedition laws and stop the abuse of power which, in point of fact, is fascist and police-state in nature. Please consider some combinaion of the following ten suggested action steps:

1) ADDRESS ERRORS AT YOUR SITE:

Consider to either correct the links AND TEXT to point to/reference proparanoid.NET instead of .com – and/or use the graphic ‘WARNING’ alert graphic (a bit like a banner ad) found at my hijacking page which you can insert into your Web page(s) to both alert and redirect without as much editing of code. Please link the graphic to proparanoid.NET. You may want to modify the graphic (permission granted) for use with other hijacked site links as discovered. 2) EDUCATE YOUR FLOCK ABOUT HIJACKING:

Consider taking up the cause of antihijacking of activist sites like yours and mine (and even general ‘legitimate’ hijacking for profit, aka cybersquatting) somewhere on your site, linking to or reproducing in part or in full the proparanoid.NET hijacking page (permissions stated within same). You may wish or prefer to reproduce this e-mail (permission granted, provided credits and proparanoid references in tact, with link to proparanoid.net or the hijacking page). You might find the above mentioned alert graphic useful on your main or menu page for the purpose.

3) CONSIDER RAISING THE ANTE TO THOSE WHO STEAL ACCESS TO TRUTH:

I’ve noted that, in general, there are many elements of mutual interest and agreement between the content of your site and mine. Consider a brief review of my Web site which is likely more massive than when you last visited, looking for ADDITIONAL links or materials (permissions are given on each eligible page) you may similarly wish to post at your site (expand the source of fear for the Men in Black). Please let me know of each such use and suggest pages at your site for reciprocal links or dupliations.

4) HELP ME REACH THE FORUMS/NEWS GROUPS:

If you operate or frequent forums, please consider a post on the topic of hijacking and reference the hijack page at the proparanoid.NET site. There are dozens and dozens of forums where posts referencing my site or work have been made, but I am not member and am unable to counter any potential damage on my own on many groups. Likewise for newsgroup subscriptions (I have no news server access through my ISP).

5) CONSIDER USING YOUR MAILING LIST:

Consider using your mailing list in the same manner as (4) above, perhaps adding it as addendum to an intended mailing of your own.

6) NOMINATE YOURSELF for GOODLIGHT AWARD:

Consider if you would like to be awarded the Good Light Award (sample also on hijacking page at proparanoid.NET site) for display on your main page. If you are displaying my work already on your site, you are likely a very good candidate. The award is only by nominations, but you can nominate yourself! I only ask that you convert the graphic into a link to my new site if so awarded. The award is given to sites that reveal concealed truth or expose lies with respect to events impacting the public at large (government, business, etc.)

7) MAKE MONEY FIGHTING BACK:

Consider reviewing my new Web site, Fatal Rebirth, which may well be why proparanoid was shut down (they didn’t know I would create a whole new site for this new book) and consider if you would like to link to it as well. You can use any of the cool graphics on that page for the purpose. Further, let me know if your site is non profit and depends on contributions - and I will make available a special offer to promote Fatal Rebirth at your site such that you get 100% of any sales you generate on the promo offer. To avoid hijacking, WE BOTH NEED TO REMAIN FINANCIALLY SOUND. I’m willing to help in this way.

8) BE ALERT FOR SIGNS OF ATTACK AGAINST YOU:

After review of the hijacking methodology detailed at my hijacking page, review your own situation to see if an attack has possibly already started. The attack appears to be a two-year process, so it could be well underway already and you might not otherwise even be aware. If you think you might be under attack, contact me for specific advice on appropriate defense tactics.

9) PROTECT YOUR WEB VISITORS:

Methodically review all links at your Web site for operability (a good Web master thing to do periodically, anyway), and watch out for any link going to the same place as the proparanoid.COM link (the bad guy’s generic ‘under construction’ page). Report any such findings to me and take appropriate steps with those links not unlike those undertaken for repair of my own links.

10) KEEP ME INFORMED:

Please advise me of your actions/findings in this matter, and any results or findings you think useful. I you would like to send some kind of editorial commentary of a page or less, I will put it up with links to your site. If you have page hit counts (total, or average monthly) for the pages affected at your site, I’d appreciate knowing that, as well. I’m trying to compute the ‘damage’ should legal action prove possible, a matter you might well wish to consider jumping in on (i.e., class action law suite). You and your visitors are hijack victims, too.
