[Editor's Note: I received a greetings card from Lihue, located on the Island of Kauai in Hawaii, which contained a two page handwritten letter and a copy of a typed letter sent to both the Senate & House Judicial Committees and Intelligence Committees, as well as seven mainstream newspapers. It was written by a woman who lives under humble circumstances in Lihue and survives on a disability income. No government official or congressional office (or newspaper) has responded to her other than Congressman Ed Case (2nd District) and Senator Akaka of Hawaii. As a result of raising uncomfortable issues, she now has earned the status of being a "person of interest'. Like all insightful people who catch on to the Takeover game- and complain about it- she's been targeted with the usual mix of psychotronics, poisonings, psychic attacks, etc. Not unlike the gutsy Chinese woman doctor from The Epoch Times newspaper who got into China's Ho Jintao's face the other day on the White House lawn to protest the murder of Falun Gong members in order to harvest body organs, I'm in awe of the courage and boldness being demonstrated by women to confront the Beast.

It's disturbing that a location as beautiful as Kauai, with a tradition of  gentleness among its native people, should be co-opted by an organization as sinister as the NSA. I was already somewhat familar with the underbelly of Kauai as Brice Taylor devoted an entire chapter in her book, Thanks for the Memories, to the abuse suffered there with mind control programming, but the information revealed here is yet more worrisome for the general public with the NSA completion of a 200 million dollar building where they will be involved with "judicial international processing" (whatever that means- no one seems to know). In searching the web for articles about the NSA acquisitions on Kauai, I read that Senator Daniel Inouye apparenlty also doesn't know much about what takes place inside the Solipsys buiding that he worked so hard to fund (along with Gary Baldwin of the Kauai Economic Development Board). Quoting from April 26, 2003:

Armed with a secret clearance due to his work in military affairs committees in Washington, D.C., U.S. Sen. Daniel K. Inouye, D-Hawai'i, admitted before the blessing, "I know very little about this building."

" The enterprise is 'important for Kaua'i, and important for national defense,' said Inouye, hinting that there will be more, like kinds of business and military activity to come on the island and in the state."

How is it that 82 year old Sen. Daniel Inouye, third senior most member of the US Senate and ranking Democrat on the Military Appropriations Committee, knows less about what the NSA is doing in that building than a woman living out of her van on a disability check?

In fact, I gave a copy of spiritual cleanser to the local Mormon congregation who had 100 followers say some prayers denouncing Lucifer & Satan which is the foundation of their church. It took about 2 1/2 weeks before their elders realized what they were praying & they were called back to Utah.

13 April. The demons attacked me with a very virulent respiratory pathogen for which I got Cipro. The generic just on the market from Longs [pharmacy] Dr. Reddy's lab (500mg) was deliberately put out to poison me and the 6 that died in California from it. I got it contained arsenic, since FDA no longer does quality control, it is relatively easy and can be covered [insurance] over Brand (Schering $150.00 /20 tabs vs Dr. Reddy's Lab $26.00 /20 tabs)

They came to reinfect me at least 6 times at night since then after I got brandname Cipro. The generic tab I took x 4 caused 80% liver dysfunction, 50% kidney failure & 25% Oto [*] toxicity.

As you are probably aware, Kauai had 46 days & nights of tears of rain  in judgement & retribution for the development and NSA activity here. On 20 March, the NSA director & mayor authorized a 60% intensity HAARP blast on Mt. Wailele [Mount Waialeale-5,208 feet] at 14:30 . Within 30 minutes, the cloud cover was broken and blue skies appeared. Since then, they have done about #40 40% blasts to maintain blue skies which blasted down depleted uranium and the other HAARP & chemtrail toxins to create toxicity levels to 100% to 120  which should make anyone who is not a robot sick within 60 days. So I can't ingest anything using the H2O here and it shouldn't be used for cleansing either. The lowest depleted uranium level worldwide is about 35%.

Besides the $20 mil. data gathering center here-NSA has constructed a $200 mil. judicial center for international processing with no PR or discussion. This 12 room courtroom building replaced one with 3 for 60,000 people here. The plan would seem to make it operational about 6-6-06.

I am doing what I can with a disability income, living in my van with 100% spiritual level atacks, keeping myself in the safest public spaces. My purpose in life is to transmute the demonic energies before they get me.

This letter is being written from the Lihue, Hawaii public library and is currently being recorded for review later by use of Echelon program technology on the top floor of our state. building which contains our current NSA/CIA/FBI headquarters. This task is currently being done at a reduced level of 40 % of primarily all international calls, E-mails, and all library card use and all computer use at the library. The monitoring was reduced due to the FISA [Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act]- NSA surveillance scandal   It can be operational again in 24 hours. From July 2003 to 26 December 2005, Kauai was under 100% domestic surveillance by NSA Solipsys Corporation. They also had a similar program on Maui. In their new $20,000,000 building across from Kukui Grove Shopping Center (4485 Pahee St.) and a smaller monitoring facility at Waimea Western Technology Center (9565 Kaumallii Hwy., Suite 102) they monitored all ATM transactions, credit card transactions, all cell phone, pay phone and land line phone calls. They also monitored all e-mail and internet use of all computers on the island. Library card use was recorded and all library computer use, including word processing. This is how I became a 'person of interest' because of my intuitive knowledge. I am not a terrorist and I am not aware of knowing a terrorist. For the past 2 years, this has threatened my life and well-being since NSA has a contract out to abduct me with eventual death. I need to be ever vigilant 24-7 in this 75% Orwellian, Draconian existence while also trying to evade the electromagnetic wave attacks from the military industrial complex.

Please respond back to me for the justification of this surveillance of the warrant date and parameters. It would also be necessary to notify all the residents and visitors to Kauai and Maui that such monitoring has occurred and is still happening. Announcements in the Honolulu Advertiser and Honolulu Star Bulletin should be adequate. The creation and fear propaganda of the terrorist threat and destroying the Constitution and Bill of Rights is much more evil than the supposed terrorist. The American people have been betrayed by their elected and appointed representatives by mind control, corruption and incompetence.
