[Editor's Note: I get a fair amount of mail from people who have been targeted for electronic harassment, which usually includes electronic torture as well. Technically, it's called psychotronics. A targeted individual almost always has multiple implants which allows this heinous technology to work more effectively. The energy is being sent by cell phone microwave towers on the ground and from satellites in the sky. The victim hears voices in his head talking to him, questioning him, haranguing him, swearing at him, or telling him how worthless he is. Sometimes the dialog is logical, but more often it's gibberish, the ranting of crazy people who make no sense at all. Victims can be kept awake at night or have their dreams invaded with nightmares or satanic killing rituals. In addition to the mind invasion, the perpetrators can apply any sort of physical stimuli to the nervous system by changing the frequency a few tenths of a hertz. The sensation experienced by the victim could be pleasurable or sexually stimulating in nature, but it's usually painful, irritating, itchy, or burning. Some woman report being 'raped' psychotronically. Of course, no one believes them when they try to explain it to friends, family or the police.

There are different approaches to mitigating this assault. One idea is to shield yourself physically from the microwave energy so the signal can't reach you. It's also possible to create an "active" electronic shield which will swamp out the signal being sent. Another idea is to shield yourself psychically, as explained in this article. A third idea is to punch back through the etheric plane and send the energy back to the perpetrators. The perps really hate this one. This is where orgone tools can prove handy, but it's also possible to do this with the mind alone. A fourth idea is to ASK FOR HELP from the spirit world. This will often work, to some degree at least, while all other methods may fail.

Seven Layer Shielding

Furthermost layer, the 7th layer out from self, put a protective bubble up now. Make a mirror finish on the outside, with swirling translucent colors that are random time sequencing & random frequency shifting. All minor or medium ill-intentions and psychic attacks will just be repelled. Talented dark artists will be very frustrated & will drain themselves in efforts to pierce this shield.

The 6th layer shield is woven with a cord of triple helix (like the DNA). When the weave is complete, the loose ends connect to each other. Any attacks that get through the mirror finished 7th layer are met with a laser-like triple helix that returns to the sender immediately, ignoring any attempt to conceal the source of the attack. The return energy will scramble the frequencies of the solar plexus chakras of the dark artists who attacked and also go to the handlers, the master, the supervisors, of whoever ordered or condoned that attack. The return attack will exist for 49 hours. The return will contain check valves & diodes that will not allow any returns to be piggybacked back to that shield or to me. After 49 hours the return will stop. The hole that had been wormed through in the mirror finish has already healed and that point is now stronger than before.

The 5th shield from center & the 3rd from the outermost, is woven from a cord of quadruple helix. All helixes within this cord are connected & communicating with each other. After the weave is complete, the ends of the helix bind together for unbroken protection. If any invading, nonloving, ill-intention attack, observation or peeking touches that shield, it is immediately evaporated. That energy is returned to nothingness. None of the evaporation of that attack will affect anything else. It will just be inert and go back to nothingness.

The middle shield, 4th from the inside and & 4th from the outside, weave this shield with a quintuple helix cord, exactly as you wove & connected the previous woven shields. All individual helixes in the cord are connected to each other. This shield will coordinae the communication and cooperation of all shields.

The next shield bubble, 3rd from the inside & 5th from the outside, weave with a six helix cord. No ill-intent can touch this shield. This shield is for our benefit. This is even more of a radio receiver to receive energy & information from the loving Earth, from soul/higher self, and from  Father/Mother/Creator.

The next shield going in, the 2nd from the inside and & 6th from the outside, weave this shield with a 7 helix cord, woven & connected as the other shields. This shield will insure absolute integrity with all information received. Any disruptions, or any questioning on your information would be the internal workings of ego, past experience or old programming. Allow this shield to help with self recognition, and cleansing, of those aspects of self. This shield will add further clarity to information you receive from asking, and clarity with any un-asked-for intuitive information.

The innermost shield, 7th from the outside, weave that with an 11 helix. All purity, all clarity, all sincerity, all compassion.

Within that middle shield, you may also fill with an absolute, clear light; absolute clarity. All hooks are seen and removed, etheric, mental, emotional and physical; all clarity, all complete clarity in these four innermost shields.
