deJoly is a survivor of military brainwashing,
Satanic ritual abuse, and a sex ring. She has presented at 4 previous SMART
conferences, Indiana University criminal justice classes, and at the American
Criminology Association's Annual Conference. She can be reached at her website

Her topic is "Learning to Believe."
Neil Brick is a survivor of alleged Masonic
Ritual Abuse and MK-ULTRA. He is the editor of S.M.A.R.T. - A Ritual Abuse
Newsletter. His topic is "How can we advocate for survivors of ritual
abuse by example and advocacy."
Hal Pepinsky - Since the fall of 1993, Hal
Pepinsky has as far as he knows been the only university professor to bring
more than one ra/mc survivor to his classes. Hal has taught criminal justice
for 32 years. Surviving ritual abuse and mind control has become a foundation
for his larger thinking on what he calls "peacemaking," establishing
safe relations in the face of violence. His topic is "What's at issue
in recognizing and denying violence against children."
Jeanne Sarson and Linda MacDonald
both have degrees in Nursing, Master's in Education, a Certificate in Interdisciplinary
Studies related to family violence, a Certificate in Self-in Context Feminist
Theory and Practice and have done workshops on ritual abuse-torture. They
are writing a book "The Torturers Walk Among Us" based on their
work and research and have a website, http://www.ritualabusetorture.org.
They presented at last year's S.M.A.R.T. Conference. Their topic is "Empowerment:
Partnerships in Participatory Research, Activism, and Healing."
Julaine is a victorious survivor of incest,
RA, and Govt. MC. She is from a multi-generational family, was the oldest
child of a career military man, whose brothers were also govt. intelligence
workers. She was a polyfragmented multiple, now integrated. She wishes to
share her story, her victories, and stand for the hope of strength and healing
for all of us. Her topic is "Rewriting the Script: Creating a New Outlook."
Laurie Matthew has for the past 30 years
been active in fighting against ritual and organised abuse in Scotland.
She has written books on ritual abuse, personal safety books for children,
had developed abuse prevention materials for use with children of all ages
and has set up a web site and helpline for ritual abuse survivors. Her topic
is : "The Fight Against Ritual Abuse in Scotland."
Jeanette Westbrook MSSW, CSW will present
information, documentation on criminal and civil litigation in RA/MC cases
using her own prosecution of one of her perpetrators of RA/MC abuse. She
is a nationally known speaker and lecturer at Universities and is a Licensed
Social Worker in practice full time. Ms. Westbrook also serves as a law
enforcement consultant. Her topic will be: "Working with Law Enforcement,
The Thin Blue Line of Mind Control."
Susan Behm, a survivor of a militia group's
experiment is the author of "Civilized Savages", a fictional account
of some of this group's kidnapping and programming of children to become
super soldiers. She also authored a pamphlet for support members to encourage
survivors on their healing journey. Her topic is "Essential Keys to
Healing".
Dave was adopted out as a baby in 1938 through
an adoption agency. His adopted father was a Mason and his adopted grandfather,
a 32nd degree Mason. Following seven psychiatric hospitalizations and the
diagnosis of DID, memory flooding of severe abuse linking him to Illuminati/Monarch
Mind Control followed. His topic is : "A Male Survivor's Story - Memories,
Body Memories, Abreactions - Connecting the Dots to Illuminati/Monarch Mind
Control."
Lynn Schirmer is an artist and a survivor
of torture and mind control. She has been participating in survivor art
shows and related activities for over a decade. Her work has been exhibited
in New York, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. Her topic is : "Art
as Evidence : A Recovery Retrospective."
Lynne Moss-Sharman H.B.S.W., is a 57 year
old survivor of alleged cross-border CIA child mind control experimentation
and cult ritual abuse during the 1950s. She is the Canada contact for ACHES-MC
(Advocacy Committee for Human Experimentation Survivors - Mind Control)
and produced The Stone Angels Journal in hunder Bay, Ontario (writings &
drawings by survivors of alleged intergenerational cult ritual abuse, Masonic/OTO
torture, and government/military mind control experiments). Lynne will present
a paper: 'Who's Shrinking Violet? The military origins of mainstream Canadian
psychiatry."
Samantha Cooper is a survivor of alleged
familial, Masonic, and Mind Control abuse. She is a complex polyfragmented
multiple. She has been fortunate to have worked with a therapist familiar
with these areas for 8 years. Her topic is : "Hope and Healing."
Dr. Suzanne Lewis is an R.N., has an M.S.
in counseling and a Ph.D. in Psychology. She is a survivor of S.R.A. and
now has a counseling practice that helps a variety of clients including
SRA victims. Her doctorate dealt with techniques for an SRA victim. Her
topic is : "Psychotherapy and Spirituality: A Paradigm for Healing."
Attorney Helen L. McGonigle has practiced
law before Connecticut state and federal courts for the past 18 years, advocating
for survivors of child sexual abuse, clergy abuse, ritual abuse and torture.
She has presented nationally on the subjects of ritual abuse and torture,
most recently at the United Nation's 48th Session. She was instrumental
in advocating for the passage of extensions to both the civil and criminal
statute of limitations in the State of
Connecticut. Her topic is : "Ritual Abuse and Torture - A Legal Quandary:
Local and Global."
Betsy Salkind is a comedian and writer. She
has appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and was a writer for Roseanne.
Her topic is : "Comic Relief."

for pre-registered attendees only, on August 6, Friday evening. Please check

notice. Refund will be minus $60.00 deposit per registree. Conference Information
Conference Participants
The conference will include all those either recovering from ritual abuse
and/or fighting against ritual abuse. This includes survivors, co-survivors,
therapists, other helping professionals, lawyers and all others interested
in learning more about ritual abuse.
Members of secret organizations, acting out perpetrators,
and/or members of unsympathetic organizations are excluded from the conference.
This is for the protection and safety of those in attendance.People have
told us that last year's conference was the safest conference they have
ever been to. But, this conference may not necessarily be safe for all survivors.
S.M.A.R.T. recommends that you try to bring a support person that s familiar
with mind control techniques and staying with that person or another safe

Registration Waivers
Fee waiver application fees are $60.00 for two days and $30 for one day,
and are non-refundable. Please do not send fees until your application is
accepted. Please add $25 to attend the Friday night early registration,
get together and dessert buffet. Applications will not be accepted after
July 1, 2004, payment must be made by 7/6/04. Acceptance will partially
be contingent on the number of paid applicants. Fee waiver registrees must
volunteer for four hours at the conference. Unfortunately, we cannot afford
to pay any travel expenses. Please E-mail or regular mail us for an application.
Transportation
There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel parking is available
at no charge for those attending the conference. Conference sponsors, etc.
assume no responsibility for ground and/or air transportation arrangements.
Conference sponsors cannot assume responsibility for additional expense
or losses due to illnesses, cancellation of flights, strikes or other causes.
Accommodations
Room rates at the DoubleTree Hotel at Bradley International Airport (CT)
are $89 a day for one person (not incl. tax), please mention S.M.A.R.T.
to get the special rate. This rate is guaranteed until 7/16/04 or all rooms

Lunch will be free both days for all conference attendees that register
before August 2, 2004. The hotel has no information about the conference,
other than room information.
Attendance Policy
Survivors should try to bring a support person with them to the conference.
Presentation of a picture ID will be required of all conference participants,
unless prior arrangements are made. This is for the protection of all participants.
Some of the topics discussed may be very heavy for survivors. The conference
is educational and not intended as therapy or treatment. Conference sponsors,
cosponsor, speakers, organizers and exhibitors assume no responsibility
for any reactions resulting from attending our conference. Statements made
and materials exhibited and distributed by attendees, speakers and exhibitors
are their own and don't necessarily represent the policies or views of conference
sponsors, cosponsor, speakers, exhibitors, organizers or attendees. Children
are not permitted to attend the conference. S.M.A.R.T. and its representatives
also reserve the right to remove anyone from the conference at any time.
Photographing, audio taping and videotaping without written permission from
S.M.A.R.T. are prohibited.
Exhibitors
Tables and half tables will be available for exhibitors. All exhibitors
and their materials, etc. must be pre-approved. Write for more information.
Whole tables are $25, half tables are $15. Take one table fee is $5.00 per
item.

S.M.A.R.T. is currently looking for volunteers to help at the conference.
