#1 Cause of most Neck-Back stiffness, pain and subluxations-fixations:
Sleeping on your abdomen, or with your arms above your shoulders or with
your low back twisted or sleeping on the same side too much or slouching
when standing or sitting or lying down with your head propped up too high.
Best to stand and sit up straight and sleep in an untwisted position on
back or sides with arms lower than shoulders. If you have pain on one side
in the neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, leg, ankle or foot, do not sleep
on the painful side and do not sleep on the same side more than half the
time.
#2 Cause: Toxicity, inflammation and swelling from milk,
cheese, ice cream, yogurt, chocolate, food allergy, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes
and not enough water. Blood and systemic toxicity is indicated by palpation
pain between the shoulders (the lung place at spinous center of T3-4) and
palpation pain in the upper low back (the kidney place alongside spine at
T10-L2). Drink two to three quarts of purified water daily. Eliminate the
above foods and habits. Test for food allergy. Continue cleansing lifestyle
and periodically check for toxicity and palpation pain in the lung and kidney
places.
#3 Cause: Low thyroid function as indicated by a resting temperature below
98.2 F. Record date, time and resting temperatures morning, afternoon and
evening for one week periodically. If below 98.2 F, consult a holistic medical
doctor nearest you, via the American College for Advancement in Medicine
http://acam.org/doctorsearch.phpp,
for a prescription for Cytomel, Nature-throid, Westroid or Armour thyroid
medication, if indicated.
