Trevor James Constable, author of The
Cosmic Pulse of Life (*), one of the most important and revelatory
books published in the past 35 years, will be interviewed by radio host Jeff
Rense (www.rense.com) on Thursday, Jan. 9,
2003 at 7 PM Pacific time. Constable's prodigious career boasts a number
of considerable accomplishments, including the photographing of UFOs and
airborne plasmoid creatures known as "Critters" in the late 1950's
& 60's, but he is credited by many as being the world's foremost
authority on the application of weather modification techniques first investigated
by Wilhelm Reich in the early 1950's. Constable
refers to his work as the science of Rain Engineering.
Wilhelm Reich invented the Cloudbuster,
a multi-pipe arrayed device that can manipulate atmospheric orgone
energy, and cause clouds to either build up in size or evaporate, depending
on the nature of its application. Orgone energy is a component of the ether,
an all-pervading matrix that permeates the universe and everything in it.
The reality of the ether (or aether) was readily acknowledged by men
of science from the ancient world up until the early decades of the twentieth
century when it was summarily dismissed by advocates of the theories proposed
by Albert Eienstein.
Constable's initial use for the Cloudbuster was to attract UFOs for
photographing with infrared film, but upon noticing its profound effect on
the weather, the temptation to investigate proved irresistible.
Over the years, Trevor has refined and distilled the design of Reich's
original (and bulky) seven pipe Cloudbuster down to the size of an instrument
18 inches long and 1½ inches in diameter. Constable has conducted
thousands of weather manipulation experiments aboard ships at sea, in desert
areas, cities, plateaus & basins, both here in America and abroad. He
published Loom of The Future (*) in 1994 for the Borderland Sciences
Research Foundation in which he detailed with photographs, maps, charts,
and radar pictures just how precisely and predictably weather can be altered
in any desired direction or smog conditions lifted for a targeted region.
Constable has seldom given radio interviews over the past 35 years as
he has found most radio hosts to be too ill prepared to conduct a meaningful
interview. Jeff Rense, he said, was a notable exception. Jeff's enviable
reputation as a well prepared radio interviewer armed with a peerless demeanor
of tact and courtesy have endeared him to millions of radio listerners around
the world.
This is a rare opportunity to listen to a most interesting and intelligent
man with a remarkable reputation.
