A story at Rense.com just about knocked my socks off. In it Clifford Carnicom, perhaps the foremost chemtrail researcher claims an impeccable military source told another researcher that the chemtrail conspiracy is being carried out by a combination of the the secret military and the pharmaceutical industry, both for biological warfare purposes and to make more billions for the drug companies.

And yes, the Bush crime group is involved.

It states that SARS was developed as a race-specific disease whose fatally rate was intended to be 80% against asian races, but performed disappointingly by not killing well enough.

According to Carnicom's source, freeze-dried bacteria or virus is attached to very fine polymer filaments for dispersal, and the metals released along the fibers (barium, aluminum) are designed to heat up from the sun and provided a good medium for the survival of the micro-organisms.

Let's hope this is the smoking-gun whistle-blower that will get our representives off their asses to hold immediate hearings. Have we all been infected by something already?

The participation of the pharmaceutical industry ought to show us that "free-enterprise" capitalism has come to it's final fruition: pure unadulterated evil. And if Bush's father and his cronies are involved it should help us get this terrible man and his gang out of office.

Finally - A Chemtrail Aerosol Breakthrough?

The portion of the statement regarding a SARS '80% mortality rate' suggests an enthno-specific bioweapon aimed at the mainland Chinese Asian population. As we know, SARS and apparent mutations thereof, made their way to Canada (and the US) primarily via Asians who had been in - or had come into contact with people who had been in - the SARS hot zones in China and Hong Kong. In fact, the recent list of photos of SARS fatalities in Canada showed that the vast majority of victims were Asian in national origin. A Meeting

A meeting has taken place recently between an investigative researcher and a well placed military source. The identity of both parties is to be protected. The source has intimate knowledge of at least one aspect of the aerosol operations, and asserts the following:

1. The operation is a joint project between the Pentagon and the pharmaceutical industry.

2. The Pentagon wishes to test biological diseases for war purposes on unsuspecting populations. It was stated that SARS is a failure as the expected rate of mortality was intended to be 80%.

3. The pharmaceutical industry is making trillions on medications designed to treat both fatal and non-fatal diseases given to populations.

4. The bacteria and viruses are freeze-dried and then placed on fine filaments for release.

5. The metals released along with the diseases heat up from the sun, creating a perfect environment for the bacteria and viruses to thrive in the air supply.

6. Most countries being sprayed are unaware of the activities and they have not consented to the activities. He states that commercial aircraft flying are one of the delivery systems.

7. Most of the "players" are old friends and business partners of the senior Bush.

8. The ultimate goal is the control of all populations through directed and accurate spraying of drugs, diseases, etc.

9. People who have tried to reveal the truth have been imprisoned and killed.

10. This is the most dangerous and dark time that I have experienced in all of my years of serving this country.


This information is relayed without qualification, as I am knowledgeable in the level of integrity of the researcher that has made this information available to the public. There is both risk and restraint that has been exercised in the preparation of this statement.

Jeff,

I agree with Dianne Harvey. I certainly believe there is biological experimentation taking place on the public without our consent. However, it seems to me that, as Dianne says , spraying entire countries with biological warfare agents...whether to just test the substances or whether it's to specifially harm us....is not a very direct or sure way of accomplishing their supposed goal. Vaccines, flouride in the water supply, infecting ticks and mosquitoes with genetically engineered viruses and bacteria, etc, would seem to be more effective in targeting certain portions of the population. Unless the "elite" all live underground, they would also be affected by mass aerial spraying. Clifford's explanation may be part of the picture but I really don't believe it explains the main purpose of chemtrails. I suppose TPTB could concievably be vaccinated for all these different microbes....but what about all the metallic particles, polymers, barium, etc?

Dear Jeff,

Thank you for your courageous work in exposing the truth about chemtrails.

I am in complete agreement with you and complete disagreement with Diane Harvey on the subject of why chemtrails exist. Having studied population control issues for 11 years now, I think that there is a commitment by international leadership to dramatically lower the population by whatever means at their disposal. Fluoride, abortion, aspartame, birth control, vaccines, etc. are not enough. Former US Secretary of State Robert Mcnamara said as much in an explosive interview in "Paris Match" several years ago. Here is another of his quotes on it from 1979:

"There are only 2 possible ways a world of 10 Billion people can be averted. Either the current Birth rates must come down more quickly or current death rates must go up. There is no other way. There are of course many ways in which the death rates can go up. In a thermonuclear age, Wars can accomplish it very quickly and decisively. Famine and disease are nature's ancient check on population growth and neither one has disappeared from the scene. To put it simply: Excessive population growth is the greatest obstacle to the economic and social advancement of most societies of the developing world." It is too bad that Mcnamara did not notice that the densest part of the USA is Manhattan at rush hour, where the people are, for the most part, rich and well-fed; and that New Jersey, which is much more densely populated than Red China, also has a much higher income than Red China. My point: it's having more people that makes a wealthier population, not fewer of them.

When the husband of a reigning sovereign is permitted to make remarks of this sort and is not shouted down for them, it makes you wonder if there is more to chemtrails and the strange deaths of microbiologists like David Kelly than meets the eye.

As far as I know, the people of Winnipeg were not consulted as to whether or not they wished to be human guinea pigs for the experiment. Can you imagine the government telling the people of New York: "Oh Hi folks, we're going to do a few little harmless biowarfare tests on you. Nothing to worry about, you understand." I don't think so. And the same holds true for chemtrails.

As for the notion that they are not targeting the Asian race, I am sure they are. Birth control was originally known as race control. Obviously, birth control and abortion have not worked as well as they had hoped in China and the rest of the world, or else AIDS would not be decimating Africa, now would it?

Remember when I emailed you about 3 years ago with the accounts of my MILAB experience, and the story the eight military men had told me about chemtrail consisting of designer bacteria developed to decimate segments of certain races?
