Hope everything is going great for you. We are in the most active three months of
the year for paranormal activity in my home (I have no idea why, but there is a
dramatic increase in March, April and May, during which the visual and auditory
activity becomes rather extreme), and it has a particularly dramatic effect on my
son, perhaps because of his autism. I have been a musician for many years
(primarily for my own creative interest). We know how much music and sound can have
a beneficial or detrimental effect. Although there is a great deal of interesting
binaural music for a wide variety of purposes, I found these simple compositions by
a woman from Australia extremely beautiful.
It is important to find simple pleasures and activities during these stressful
times. Of course this does not mean drugs, alcohol and other methods of escapism
like denial, but taking hikes, doing things with the kids/grandkids like playing
with a frisbee/kite, swimming, planting and sharing/contributing to their learning
and sense of wonder. For those who are taking care of people with autism, music is
fantastic therapy. Please listen to these when you get a chance. I hope you enjoy
them.
