The parents in this case are on the lower end of the economic scale and obviously don't have the money or resources to fight a corrupt CYS/court sytem that was set up the Illuminated Ones to abuse (and sacrifice) children and destroy family cohesion, a worrisome threat to the New World Order takeover agenda.
The outright stealing of children, taken away from their rightful parents and placed into the custory of total strangers, who VERY OFTEN abuse these now "foster" children, MUST come to an end. We need people in this country who have the capacity-either financially or legally- to help rescue these kids (and their parents) from these monsters and remove from the bench FOREVER every black robed jackal who sanctions this criminality. I'm writing to you to in hope that you can help me or know of someone that can.
My son, Keith Crawford 3rd, was taken by Washington County CYS [Children & Youth Services] here in Pennsylvania. He was taken from McDonalds to CYS and he was never returned home We did everything that CYS made us do and they never gave him back. We have spent every penny on attorneys that never got him home.
He was drugged and abused by the foster dad and no one, not even the judge, did a thing. I love my son so very much and I can't find him. We have not been with out son in over 4 years now. Everyone told me that when he turned 18, he would be home. That was a lie. He never did anything to deserve what CYS has allowed to happen to him. It has been covered up and no one will help me find him.
Maybe you can help me or know someone that can. I live in Pennsylvania. I don't know where to find him and I don't have money to pay an investigator to find him. CYS won't tell anyone where he is. I am very worried about him. Please help me if you can

I will try to tell you of our story.
It started Oct 19 of 2000. My husband was working a split shift at work. And while he was working the night of 19-20th, my son was very happy that was I taking him to McDonalds the next morning. My husband came home from work. Little did I know that that was the last night I could ever play games and watch TV with my son. How I wish I could turn back in time and hold my son. How much I loved him. Anyway, all my son knew when he went to bed was we was getting his Happy Meal and his toy.
My husband came home the next morning. He had forgotten to leave the pager at work, so I told him I would take it back while my son was asleep. When I was ready to leave, both my husband and son were asleep, so I went and got a cab out to the mall where my husband worked. While I was gone, my son woke up and I was not there, thinking that I went to McDonalds without him, he went looking for me. Tthe manager of McDonalds called the poice and they took my son to CYS. When I got back home, he was nowhere to be found, so I called 911and told them that my son was missing and woke my husband up and we went looking for him.
We don't have a car, so we had to walk to look for him. He was nowhere to be found, so we went back home, hoping he was there By now, I was so worried, my husband had to call off work so we could look for Keith. I was just getting ready to go out again to look for him when 911 called and told me to call CYS; that the police took him there .I called and was told to bring him clothes and one of his toys. So I did. I inever thought that they would keep him. When my husband got there, my son was so glad to see us and we thought he was going home with us, but "no", the caseworker said. My son was staying with them until we had a hearing on Monday. My son started crying and begging me to take him home, but they made me leave my baby there- crying (please forgive the grammer due to the fact that it is very painful to write about).
When we got home, I got a call from a case worker saying the she was coming out to the house, my son was coming home, and that they made a mistake. I was wroug. I no sooner got off the phone when there was someone at the door. I opened it because they had Keith with them, but no, this woman pushed her way into our house and started taking pictures. I admit that the house was a mess. We were moving and had ran out of boxes to pack, so we had toys and things in garbage bags. And my son had put brown paint on the wall in his bedroom, but as I tried to tell this woman, she just kept taking pictures.
To this day, I only wish I would have stayed at home; they would never have gotten my son. When I ask her why she was taking pictures, she said she "had to." After she left, we started calling attorneys, and being Saturday, we only got one. And we did not know that he was a master for CYS. CYS had us arrested for "child abuse and neglect." We had never even paddled him when he was bad.
We went to the so-called hearing and they kept my son. After so many hearing and my complaints about drugs, CYS had our rights terminated. All the attorneys we had never got him home. We only got to see him one hour a month at the CYS office. We could not hold him and kiss him because the caseworker said that it was wrong; that he was to old for that. They put my child in a foster home three counties away and they know we had no car to go see him
In the meantime, they took him to a witch doctor that gave adult drugs to calm him down. He was alway trying to run away and get back home. He never got back home. .I started seeing black and blue marks on him. The foster parents told CYS that it was because he was "playing aroud" with the foster dad. Then this visit was called off because the foster parents said that they had car trouble. Well, the next week, they had to bring him in so we could see him and my daughter and three other people were there at the visit. My son had black and blue marks on his face and neck. I took pictures of them and he was high as a kite since they had drugged him so heavy. Another time he had belt marks on his back. He was only 97 pounds when they took him, but he wet up to 193 pounds after all the drugs they had him on.
He could not even eat his food with a spoon because his hand would shake so bad and I could not help him. I took the pictures to exprts and they said that the marks on his neck was called a death grip and it was used to kill the enemy in the army. I had all this proof that he was hurt in these people's house, yet CYS and the courts left him there.
These foster parents locked my son in a dug out cellar all night in the cold without a bed or even a bathroom. And they went to bed.never checking to see if my son was in bed. How could they do this to a child that only wanted his mommy? That is what he called me. We now have a gag order on us so we can't tell about the lawsuit that we have against the foster parents. We have not seen or talked to our son in the same room in over four years.
CYS won't tell us where he is and no one else will. We have sold everything to pay attorneys that did nothing. I am so worried about him. They allowed him to be hust when we had our rights what did they do to him now.he went looking for me and has been so abused I can do no more then to look for him.CYS did nothing to put my son back home. I have paper work that said the they was going to mold and adopt him he was never adopted and now he is all alone this is all i can write now the tears are getting in my eyes and making it hard to write
No TV or newspaper will do a thing to help my son. What can I do? I love him. I can't just give up and say forget it. Someone knows where he is. Can you please ask around and see if there is some one in PA that can help?

Thanks for sending this to me. We do get calls every now and then at the Vac Lib number.
The real problem is that people are signing the state issued birth certificates and marriage licenses which will automatically make the children wards of the state.

Registration vs. Recording
“Registration” comes from Latin “rex, regis” etc. meaning regal. So think about what occurs to whatever you ‘register’ - you hand legal title over to the Crown. When you register anything with the public, it releases legal title to the government corporation and leaves you with only equitable title - the right to use, not own, and for that use you will pay a ‘use’ tax which is every tax, be it income, sin, sales, property, etc. as opposed to lawful taxes, excise and impost. So that it doesn’t appear that the government now owns the property which you have registered they put it in a name which so much resembles your own that you won’t suspect it, however, the NAME is owned by the government. If you choose rather to record your legal title to your property with the public, you maintain your status as Title Owner. This is one of the most important things you can ever learn for the sake of your commercial affairs.
The best example of the effects of registration is the birth certificate. A bankrupt entity - city, state/province, country - cannot operate in commerce. So how do they manage? Since USA/CA have been bankrupt for decades, having no substance such as gold and silver to back it, the only asset it has are men and women and our labour. We are the collateral for the interest on the loan of the W orld Bank. Each of us is registered, via the application for a birth certificate. The Treasury issues a bond on the birth certificate and the bond is sold at a securities exchange and bought by the FRB/BoC, which then uses it as collateral to issue bank notes. The bond is held in trust for the Feds at the Depository Trust Corporation. We are the surety on said bonds. Our labour/energy is then payable at some future date. Hence we become the ‘transmitting utility’ for the transmission of energy. The USG/CAG, in order to provide necessary goods and services, created a commercial bond (promissory note), by pledging the property, labour, life and body of its citizens, as payment for the debt (bankruptcy). This commercial bond made chattel (property) out of us all. We became nothing more than ‘human resources’ and collateral for the debt. This was without our knowledge and/or our consent, via the filing (registration) of our birth certificates.
When mums apply for a birth certificate, the application is registered. The legal title of her baby is then transferred from mum to the State. Mum is left with equitable title of her baby whom she can use for a fee - a ‘use tax’ - and since the property does not belong to her, she has to treat it in the manner which the owner wants.
Colonel Edward Mandell House is attributed with giving a very detailed outline of the plans to be implemented to enslave the American people. He stated, in a private meeting20with Woodrow Wilson (President 1913 - 1921), "Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property (that's you and your children) in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a charge back for our fiat paper currency.
Every American will be forced to register or suffer being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattels (property) and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. This is why I coach those who intend to ‘marry’ not to sign anything. Centuries ago, a man put a ring on a woman’s finger and declared, “With this ring, I thee wed”. Family members were the witnesses and that was it. There was no state-issued licence to sign ... frightful! Children can be taken from their parents because of the marriage licence. Do not invite into your private contract a third party which happens to be public, cares not about the interests of the other two parties, and has every legal right to force them to acquiesce to its demands. Your marriage ceases to be your own; the third party will tell you if and when you can end the marriage; the third party will dictate that your children will:
1. require a birth certificate and SSN/SIN
2. require a gov’t-directed (AMA/CMA) doctor to attend to his health,
3. be vaccinated by mandate,
4. attend the Public Fool System,
5. be prescribed and drugged by Ritalin,
6. sign up with the armed forces,20etc.
Your child will be a ‘ward of the state’ and the state will have prior say in what IT thinks is best for your child - you will not have jurisdiction over him.The birth certificate created a FICTION (the name of the baby in upper case letters). The state/ province sells the birth certificate to the Commerce Department of the corporations of USA/CA, which in turn places a bond on the birth certificate thereby making it a negotiable instrument, and placing the fiction, called a STRAWMAN, into the warehouse of the corporations of USA/CA. Representation for the created fiction was given to the BAR (British Accredited Registry/Regency), owned and operated by the Crown, for the purpose of contracting the fiction (which most of us think is ourselves) into a third party action. Do not underestimate the power behind this trick. It is to con us into contracting with the feds so that they can ‘legally’ confiscate our property. All these contracts have only our signatures on them because corporate fictions cannot contract (only natural beings have the right to contract - and the right not to contract). Because there is no full disclosure - we are never told that we have just signed away what we believe to be our property - these contracts are fraudulent, and hence, we are still the lawful owner and the profit earned by the feds from selling securities (our property) belongs to us and must go into a fund for our benefit, otherwise it would be fraud. Not wanting to be charged with fraud, the feds had to create a remedy for us ...and hope we wouldn’t discover it.
For decades, through its ‘public’ school system, the government has managed to deceive us about some very important facts. All facets of the media (print, radio, television) have an ever-increasing influence in our lives and are controlled by government and its agencies, via the issuance of licences. We have slowly and systematically been led to believe that any form of our names represents us, which is not so.
