Wal Mart is the most unethical corporation I have ever come across. I’m
not surprised at what they think they can get away with “for the good
of the public”. I was desperate for a job, I was hired for one thing,
placed in another position with no pay differential.
The news claimed they hired illegals, well how would Wal Mart know? They
don’t even use HR to interview people, they have floor workers interview
them, who have never done this before. When approached with legal papers to
prove entry into the US, they stated “oh we don’t need them.”
The saddest thing is, people won’t stop shopping there, so they can
continue. Spend the money they don’t pay workers to advertise about
how great the company is, these poor sods claim to have for 13+ years and
wouldn’t want to work anywhere else! Please
