Ken,

our Public Awareness Chairman was trying to find creative ways to publicize this issue. I thought it was rather inventive. I don't think he's seen this, but it would be rather discouraging if he does. He's doing his best which is a lot more than many of them do to spread the word of this phenomenon that is overtaking a society that needs to be alerted. He's doing an important work (as you are). Please give him some slack.

I'm afraid that the concept behind that email was more than slightly dumb, it was exceedingly dumb, but I took a generous position in order to give him some exposure at my web site. If you don't welcome it, then I'll pull it down entirely, however, I'm not changing the title. I have some responsibilities to meet with my readers and I'm not going to allow them to become annoyed without some forewarning.
