I have read through your material. I understand it and am
sympathetic to most of the arguments. I have one problem, however; and
perhaps you will be the first to give me an answer that isn't
categorically anti-Jewish.
I am an Orthodox Jew. I have never killed anybody. I know of no rabbis
who wish--let alone plan--any harm to anyone, Christian or other. I
believe I understand the bases of my religion at least as well as you do.
I know of no movement or philosophy in Judaism that wishes any harm to
anyone. I ask only to be treated with the respect accorded to any man,
and to be evaluated on an individual basis. I expect no one to turn
against me in terms of a principle that they accord to me without my
participation and therefore my consent.
Do you have a problem with this?

Hello Moss,
I don't attack or criticize people who are Jews, orthodox or otherwise.
I have no hard feelings against any ethnic group. I believe in peace and
botherhood among all men, especially men of Good Will.
Are you confusing the articles that I post about the machinations of the
political force collectively referred to as "Zionism", with yourself?
If so, I make no such connection.
Kind Regards, Ken

Oh, by all means, please DO make such a connection.
Zionism is a belief in The Promised Land, a connection which has been
through several wars, not by the choosing of Israel, as you well
know. Frankly, I think Israel--which is a legal state and which is
constantly under attack--has more than every right to drive her
attackers as far back as is possible; and I would expect you and
anyone else facing such a threat to do the same. Those who say they
speak for the Palestinians have NEVER recognized Israel's right to
exist, and if for that reason alone, I regard Hizbullah and the
radical elements attacking Israel from Palestinian territory, or
Lebanese territory, as my moral enemies. If I had my way, I would
decimate those areas totally and forever--which, in case you haven't
noticed, is the formal position of all of the Arab states and of
Palestine to this day.
I am not condoning every action of the Israeli government; but that's
not the point. Frankly, I think that Olmert is more of a threat than
are the Palestinians--or Hizbullah.
Recall that over 80% of Jordan IS "Palestine," such as it is.
Outside of a loosely strewn series of Hashemite kingdoms in the very
North and South, the remainder of Jordan IS Palestine. When the
Palestinians attacked Jordan--and understandably--the Royal Jordanian
Guard decimated them. They never tried it again. I would not have
started by doing such a thing; but frankly, I'm ready to accept such
things as equal to what Israel has received and I feel no qualms
about it.
I never thought I would see the day that I would feel this way; but
now that I feel that way, I'm very content with it--as are the
Arabs. Fine with me.

Hello Moss,
You decieved me. You implied that I was attacking Jewery and led me to believe that you were of a pacifist nature.
Now you tell me you embrace Zionism, that you hope for the decimation of arabs you see as "attacking" Israel; your "moral" enemies.
I'm sure life must be a struggle for you from the comfort of your California home. It's easy to be a football player sitting on your sofa and watching football on TV.
The day may come when your fortune will change and you will personally face the dangers which you so recklessly hope for others to suffer. That happened to the Germans in World War II you know.
