Here is a wonderful example. It doesn't involve directly the US President, NATO, or the stock market, and it will not be headlined on the evening news. But it reveals in stark reality the world we are allowing to unfold before our eyes. Diana Luppi is the author of an outstanding book called ET 101, now available through this website. She has a home on Turkey Springs Road in Archuleta County, in Western Colorado, and all was fine until the New World Order' agenda invaded her life. The US Forest Service is one of a stream of government and United Nations agencies which are stealing the land of the United States of America (and elsewhere) on behalf of the Illuminati. These organisations may appear to be agencies of the "people", via the government and the UN, but the government and the UN are fronts for the Illuminati. Therefore all the agencies they control, like the Forest Service, are stealing the land for "the gang", or rather the gangSTERS, of the Illuminati. Most people employed by such agencies, of course, have no idea that this is so. But those in control do. Diana Luppi was guaranteed access to her property (surrounded by land managed by the Forest Service)..." or "(surrounded by National Forest lands)... The reason this one is important is that the Forest Service has been attempting to brain-wash the American public (easily done) into the notion that they own the forests of country when, according to law, they do not. They are the stewards, not the masters. The Forest Service then brought criminal charges against her in the federal court, District of Colorado. On December 2Ist, 1998, Diana Luppi was convicted on two counts amounting to a charge of using national forest roads without authorization, fined $5,000, ordered to sign a lease contract, and placed on probation for one year. This is for the crime of driving to her own home. This is NOT an isolated case and the same creeping control of land rights is going on all over the world. Diana continues to challenge the Forest Service and here, in a letter replying to an article in the Pagosa Springs Sun newspaper, she outlines what it is like to live in the fascist States of America under the gathering New World Order. None of the following is an exaggeration and certainly not a joke, although to anyone with a brain it may appear that the story is so ludicrous and outrageous, that it cannot possibly happening in a "free" country... It IS. PAGOSA SUN
Gaining compliance Dear Editor, As the "convicted criminal" mentioned in John Motter's article titled "Private property debate sparked by conviction" of Feb. 10, 2000, I would like to add some information. The Forest Service demanded I sign an easement contract, pay a fee and acquire a permit to travel to and from my home, located off Turkey Springs Road. Although I paid the fee, I refused to sign their contract as it offered me nothing but increased liability in exchange for a right I already enjoyed, namely unencumbered access to my property. The U.S. Forest Service was not satisfied with
merely being paid. The contract was extremely important to them, so important
that this is what the government was "forced" to do to gain my
compliance:
trial by jury and a speedy trial warrant right to bear arms and allowed trespass and entry to my property without warrant committing a crime to drive home without signing a contract and thereby violating the terms of my probation of 1996. For the act of driving to and from my home I was brutally treated as if I were a dangerous felon, stripped of my liberty without just cause and my property without just compensation. I as forced into contract, risking imprisonment or worse if I failed to obey. The minor details that the road in question is an unrestricted Archuleta County road leading to a U.S. Land Patented homestead property did not stop the U.S. Forest Service in their ruthless pursuit of a coerced signature of a contract I had no legal obligation to sign. Section 701(a) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, under which Act I was tried and convicted, states the following: "Nothing in this Act, or in any amendment made by this Act, shall be construed as terminating any valid lease, permit, patent, right-of-way, or other land use right or authorization existing on the date of the approval of this Act [Oct. 21, 1976]." Pay attention to this case, Archuleta County. Your property and your liberty may hinge on it. You may soon find out why this contract was so important to the U.S. Forest Service and you may not like the answer. Diana Luppi Mesa, Ariz.
Submitted February 29, 2000 (allegedly published March 2, 2000) Dear Editor, On February 17, 2000, this newspaper published my letter to the editor titled " Gaining compliance". Certain people in Pagosa Springs called the Forest Service in pursuit of an explanation and, as reported to me, were met with hostility, a confusing barrage of alphabet soup (ANILCA, FLPMA etc.) and a claim that my US Land Patent was not valid since it was issued in 1919, after thecreation of the Forest Service. To clarify this issue, any valid lease, patent or permit issued before 1976 is still valid. It does not have to pre-date the creation of the Forest Service or the specific national forest. As far as the alphabet goes, there is no Act of Congress that permits the Forest Service to violate existing property rights or allows them to coerce citizens into signing over their rights or grants them the power to pursue citizens as criminals in order to extort a civil remedy.Congress did not "make them do it". The Organic Act of 1897, which established the national forests, was very clear on this issue. It states the following: "The jurisdiction, both civil and criminal, over persons within national forests shall not be affected or changed by reason of their existence,...the intent and meaning of this provision being that the State wherein any such national forest is situated shall not, by reason of the establishment thereof, lose its jurisdiction, nor the inhabitants thereof their rights and privileges as citizens,....." We, the citizens of this country, must demand the Forest Service answer to Congress for their behavior before they are no longer answerable to Congress at all, having gained the autonomy they admit to seeking. Why not let the people of the United States in on their plans to circumvent the people of the United States. And why not ask the Supreme Court to exercise its rightful jurisdiction to decide national policy instead of allowing a federal magistrate who apparently has no working knowledge of the sixth amendment to create that policy for us. (Any judge who first threatens me with imprisonment but denies me court appointed counsel, then refuses me representation by counsel of my choice and, for a grand finale, asks the prosecution if it has any objection to me being represented by my chosen counsel, has no business deciding national policy while demonstrating complete ignorance of this nation's constitution.) In the best Western tradition, I propose we show 'em what it means to get on a horse they cannot ride, and just exactly what it means to be American, vested with rights and privileges that cannot be taken. It is my suggestion we do this before the Forest Service requires a special use permit as well as a preliminary environmental impact study, both billable to the applicant, to have a church picnic inside the boundaries of the San Juan National Forest. (If you think I made that up, check out the Forest Service's own website, www.fs.fed.us. Especially look at its "Special Use Cost Recovery Proposal". Since the Forest Service intends to make any use of the National Forest a "Special Use", it's seeking additional funds to implement its program.) I don't know what you all intend to do about this, but I, for one, will go down fighting. Even one Westerner may prove to be more than they can handle, however I do invite you to join me. Diana Luppi
