Nicola Tesla built a broadcast energy generator on Long Island NY [called a Magnifying Transmitter, built at Shoreham, NY]. In 1916 J.P. Morgan pulled funding for the project and had the huge mushroom shaped tower demolished because it would not have been able to be metered and would have not made any money for its investors. It would have been free for any consumer who set up a tower above there house.

Radio is broadcast energy at a lower frequency. A 50,000 watt radio station induces a milliwatt of power on a car antenna and this creates a measurable voltage. No voltage no radio reception.

HAARP in Alaska and at other locations around the world is broadcast energy and the design is based on Tesla coils. HAARP is broadcasting at over a billion watts on many different frequencies. From Alaska, the voltage induced on a hundred foot Ham radio tower would be less than one volt. Art Bell is measuring 200 volts. If a HAARP facility is causing the 200 volts it must be near Bell's home in Nevada and it must be putting out as much or more energy than HAARP in Alaska.

Art Bell's theory that it is pulling power out of the aether has merit, but Art Bell would know if he set up a Tesla Coil in the billions of volts below the radio tower. The design of Tesla's 1916 Long Island tower included huge coils in a house below the tower and the tower was pulsing with far more than 200 volts. If Bell had a huge Tesla Coil nearby he would be measuring a lot of voltage.

The 1916 experiment was generating more power than was put into the coils. Tesla theorized that it tapped into electrical bands high in the atmosphere wrapping around the world.

Art Bell's experience may mean that someone has duplicated the 1916 tower and is now broadcasting energy world wide. The power companies will not like the competition.

I have been following this story since he first got "zapped" by his antenna years ago now... that was a funny night to hear about it, live... Art got zapped by his mysterious 200 volt MASSIVE field antenna array as he was attempting to ground it manually at the end of it's construction. :) That really threw him for a "loop". : He's been asking guests about it every so often since.

Paraphrasing Art Bell speaking on the radio about the giant ham radio antenna he built - "The strangest thing, I put a volt meter to my antenna and it read 200 volts - It's not hooked to the grid or hooked to any power supply - I can't figure out where this voltage is coming from - sometimes it is there sometimes it is not - I'm baffled."

Mechanism of Art Bells Tesla Fuel less Generator.
A large copper wire coil (antenna) is moved through the earth's magnetic field at a speed of just over 1000 miles per hour (speed of earths rotation). Instead of generating electricity at 60 cycles per second - Arts Tesla Fuel less Generator generates electricity at 1 cycle per 24 hours. When Art measures voltage at time X he gets 200 volts. Voltage measured at time X + 6hrs he gets 0 volts.

6. Future considerations -
A. Can we convert 1 cycle per 24 hrs to 60 cycles per second?
B. Can we charge batteries by reversing the polarity of the leads every 12 hours?
