I was concerned about Hurricane Ophelia. It had been stationary off the Atlantic coast of Florida for days. I was flipping through channels and one of the weather forecasters on a Seattle channel showed how the jetstream would have to change directions over the Carolinas in order for a high pressure system to push Ophelia towards northern Florida or Georgia. It was as if the formula for moving hurricanes and all storm fronts was being broadcast from the Hurricane Center in Miami to all weathermen. Did the Seattle forecaster know that there were agencies attempting to direct the jetstream exactly as he drew on his map?

Ophelia was sitting in one spot over the Gulf Stream and was increasing in strength. The waters cool when a large storm sits over them for any length of time. I do not think the Gulf Stream was moving fast enough to keep the water under the storm hot. Something mighty strange was happening.

My intuition was that there was a plan to hit Jacksonville. Jacksonville has an estuary cutting through it. A storm surge would have done a lot of damage, similar to New Orleans.

On Tuesday September 6 2005 I received an email from Cliff in Ottawa asking if I had any insight into why there was no x-ray activity on the sun during the previous 24 hours. I really had no idea why x-ray activity was absent. The next day an X17 flare erupted from a sunspot just rotating into view. Spacecraft would have to cycle into passive mode. Astronauts in the spacestation would have to go into the best shielded parts of the station. Power companies would have to watch for power fluctuations on long distance powerlines. The Alaska Pipeline would have to protect the petroleum from large currents induced in the steel pipe. Aurora would be visible as far south as 45 degrees, maybe to the southern USA.

This morning, September 10, I awoke with a sense of gratitude. In my nightly wanderings I had seen that the intense xray flare had caused the HAARP facility to alter its plans. Ophelia had been let loose. The storm was traveling northeast away from the Florida coast and had dropped in wind speed to become a tropical storm.

How many times has there been intense flares during the last decade? A lot! The sun is supposed to be in its low activity part of its eleven year cycle, yet it is still extremely active. The sun is interfering with HAARP's agenda, deliberately. It has been doing so since HAARP was first put into operation about a decade ago. It is likely that it has interfered in similar experiments in Siberia back to the 70s.

Solar flares have been erupting at an unprecedented level. Astronomers do not know what to make of the activity. They are also concerned about direct hits from Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) but only one has come near to earth and it did not appear to do much damage. Or did it? Did it fry the antenna array in Alaska?

Awakening in the morning I felt that the sun is consciously intervening. It cannot generate a flare for every situation but it has been hitting HAARP generated crap often.

I also saw how xrays recharge the ozone layer and a thicker ozone layer makes it harder for the aetheric realms to draw orgone from the surface of the planet. The desperation of the NWO is due in part to the inability of the lower astral kingdoms to steal enough orgone and energy from the earth. They are suffering shortfalls in many ways. To make up for the lack, they are screaming for blood, lots of blood. The sun is doing all it can to stop the killing.

The lower astral realms are shrinking. The clean up of the slave kingdoms has been happening for a long time. The clean up is happening from above the Van Allen Belts and from the earth too. The onion skins are being peeled from the planet. Just when the diabolical conspiracy appears strongest...it is actually at its weakest.

On the news a few minutes ago there was a report that Ophelia is strengthening and my hit the Carolinas. It is time to send it back to sea.
