[Editor's Note: I'm posting this essay on the evening of June 28, 2006 and all the news channels tonight are carrying the story of the continued flooding on the east coast of the United States in Pennsylvania, New York, Washington DC, etc.The continuous rain is said to be caused by a low pressure front that's apparently "stuck" and can't move out. The weather people are blaming it on a "blocking" High (pressure area), but could we be seeing the same phenomena on the east coast as ZS Livingstone describes here?   Just a thought...Ken]

For more than three weeks the jetstream has been stuck over San Francisco. A few days ago the jetsteam entered American airspace over Alaska then went parallel to the coast to the Bay area and then backtracked to the Canadian northern territories. It broke the connect with Alaska and thrashed every which way except loose from Frisco.

It appears HAARP is trying to pin the jetstream to more than one point. For whole seasons the jetstream was stapled to the skies over Gakona Alaska where HAARP is situated. There must be a HAARP facility in central California in order for the jetstream to behave the way it is.

I theorize Eastlund and BAE who bought HAARP from the Navy and Air Force are trying to pin down the jetstream to two or more positions in order to really control the weather patterns. It is like capturing a rattlesnake. First a long forked stick pins the snake in the midsection. Then a second stick captures the head at the neck and maybe a third stick secures the rattle at the tail. Then the wrangler can grab the snake by the neck and safely drop the snake in a bag. If HAARP can pin down the jetstream in a similar way all weather in North America would be controlled.

There is a battle happening in the sky over San Francisco. Above the spew there are strangely shaped clouds indicating the use of all manner of beam weaponry. The apparitions the beams are aimed at are generated by Mother Earth herself. Sylphs and the all the devic kingdoms are part of Mother Earth and they are at a safe distance. The foolish men using the beams cannot win and Mother Earth cannot lose. The battle is a fool's errand for the Pentagon controllers.

Should the jetstream become trapped on a prescibed path in the sky all manner of ecological stagnation would result and the land would die. Mother Earth cannot allow it and will not allow it.

Rattlesnakes are not creatures to be tamed or trapped.
