Subject: CT [chemtrail] activity...
Hello, ZSL:
Chemtrail spraying over the Bay Area has been the heaviest I've seen all season long, persisting for 2 weeks unabated. I've seen occasional sylphs but not much else. Can you kindly offer some insight as to this sudden onslaught?
Thanks much.

Jim,
We are getting spraying when the jet-stream swings our way. The pattern appears to be of selective CT patches adjacent and below the jet-stream pushing warm air aloft and steering the river of wind. The spew is generally released at 15,000 to 20,000 feet and the jet-stream is about 33,000 feet. In normal situations the High pressure zones block the winds and the stream meanders avoiding warm dry high pressure zones. The CTs with HAARP heating acts as artificial high pressure zones. Get the picture?
In 2003 the entry point for the 40 to 60 degree North jet-stream was over Alaska for most of the year. This created a dry pattern for the western side of the continent. Last spring (2005) the jet-stream could not be trapped in an "Alaskan" pattern and came ashore between the Bay Area and LA. The Mojave was flooded and many underground bases likewise. The sylphs paid dearly for the damage done, but now they are healed and back to their old tricks.
As most of the important bases are in the southwest the CT program is trying to keep the area dry. When the jet-stream is nearby, the CTs will appear. In the Bay Area they appear to be creating a wall of warm dry air.
The sylph plan is to get rain where it is needed, the same plan they have been using for millennia. As there is more moisture in the air more rain will be falling in all places including a mile underground.
There will be a lot of natural and manmade hurricanes this year. The sylphs will do all they can to get rain to the parched southwest regardless of the
cause of the hurricane. The Naval Task Fleet in the western Gulf of Mexico had better watch that they are not trapped against the Mexican shore.
