It appears that Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien also knew what was happening. He took on the role of scape-goat temporarily as Ontario Hydro was blamed for the blackout by New York Mayor Bloomberg.

Jean Cretien within the hour said that the problem was in Ohio. It is likely that he knew about the 800 megawatt counterflow. The info was known by the power authorities within seconds. The problem is that the source of the 800 megawatts has not been defined yet. HAARP would have to be projecting terawatts of power in order to induce a megawatt counterflow in Ohio. Similarly any EMF pulse weapon would need to beliefly produce thousand of times more power than the induce blackout surge.

An ionosphere penetrating solar flare would have blacked out far more than the New York/ Ohio/ Ontario grid.

Recently the chemtrail spraying in Toronto has been brazen. A thick layer of spew was distributed overhead the 500,000 people at the open air Rolling Stones concert last month. "Weaponized chemtrail spraying" would short out transformers, but are unlikely to cause power surges. Chemtrails over Toronto were created for other reasons.

Movement in stock prices in the energy sector just before the blackout could have been the result of knowledge that firing up the expanded Montauk timetunnel would have caused Long Island, and possibly New York State, blackouts. Such a blackout would be used to demand systemic upgrades to the power transmission grid just as Rappoport wrote.

The power grid was taken down by time travelers from the future in agreement with extraterrestials and the living being who is the planet Earth. The vortex clouds of July over many parts of the world were tests of surge inducers. The goal is to block the misuse of timetravel plus take down 600,000 volt and the proposed million volt transmission lines. Such lines are poisoning the planet in many ways.

The intent is to totally eliminate broadcast power from the biosphere and bring about in-home and site specific power generation for industrial plants. There are healthy alternatives to the mind-numbing buzz of electrical lines and the neferious thought control devices attached to them.

Tesla's Colorado Springs 1899 test with broadcast power and his later experiments in Long Island are unhealthy too. Such "free-energy" would not be free of mind-control consequences as the resonant frequencies between the surface of the Earth and the ionosphere were biologically pre-determined.

Many years ago it was determined that the construction of million volt transmission lines would make it possible to connect all grids into one world wide grid with thick wires spanning the Bering Strait and Strait of Gibralter. Deregulation of the electrical generation and transmission lines would give the One Worlders a greater ability to keep humanity's spiritual frequencies low plus make a profit at the same time. Million volt lines around the world would keep people in a stupor with a buzz in the head which never quits.

50 billion dollars would make a down payment on such a system.

For a future generation to alter present time in such an extreme way indicates the severity of the situation. Time travel paradoxes would abound and have to be attended to through continuing excursions through time. As there were so few people who died during the blackout, the "no harm" rule of time travel was fully in effect.

Blocking the expanded Montauk time tunnel also eliminated many problems. One possible time scenerio has us living in a robotic Schwarzenegger "Terminator" world. (With Arnie running for governor of California a Schwarzenegger world might still happen?)
