The desperation and unprecedented chutzpah of the "minority" Marxist sellouts in the Indonesian Usurper's administration will forever remain stamped in the American memory as among the most unfit; the most corrupt and the most detestable crew of scum to disgrace the image, pride, and national fealty of black American people. I'm talking about Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, and Jeh Johnson in particular.
There is no lower limit to their treason and subversion. None - as long as they can get away with it and not be indicted. That's all that counts -- getting away with it. They have no loyalty or respect for the country or its constitution. They are utterly disconnected from the idea that America is their country and the American people are their countrymen. They may (or may not) have been born in America, but they have no emotional ties to America or its people. Most of them, like the Obamas, are not really human beings. They have the appearance of humans most of the time, but aren't normal human beings with a heart and a soul. That's why they can engage in such treasonous conduct and have no qualms about it.
They have the money and ability to live wherever they want, anywhere in the world. It's just a job for these Marxist sellouts, to milk the American taxpayer for all they can get and take the bribes and the perks and become as rich as possible while selling out the country to their Zionist masters. They are servants to the Illuminated World Conquerors of International Jewry and they have no conscience whatsoever in carrying out the most flagrant acts of treason -- as long as they can get away with it.
City, state and national elections are under the authority and oversight of the states -- NOT the federal government. It is the most basic of constitutional guarantees that STATES (and local government) have full and unfettered control of ALL elements surrounding ALL elections.
Marxist Jeh Johnson issued a press release on January 6, 2017 (see below) in which he decided that US elections are now " a subsector of the existing Government Facilities critical infrastructure sector."
By claiming that elections are now a "critical infrastructure," Jeh Johnson and his pal Indonesia Obama think that the DHS can now exert control over ANY elements and materials involved in US elections, by merely issuing a statement in a press release. I've got news for them for their remaining 13 days: Get Out of My Country.
We'll have to see what Trump does with this latest outrage set in print by Johnson after January 20 when he takes office. Trump said he would rescind EVERY Executive Order signed by Obama. We'll see, but woe to him he if doesn't keep his word. Unconstitutional edicts called Executive Orders going back to Carter (authorized creation of FEMA with Executive Order), Reagan, Clinton, and the Bushes need to be reviewed and most rescinded, right along with those of Obama.
Alex Jones, as usual, goes overboard and makes this move by Johnson another one of his "red alert" shows in which the Sky is Going to Fall (again).
Trump will be sworn in on January 20 as scheduled. When Biden said that "It's over" in the House on Jan. 6, 2017. He meant IT'S OVER, whether the Idiot Democrats like it or not.
I'm going to wait for 6 months and see whether Trump sells us out or does enough good so we see some light at the end of the tunnel. If he betrays the voters who put him in office, they will let him know it in no uncertain terms, but I have the feeling that things are going to improve. We need to give him a chance to prove himself one way or the other.

I have determined that election infrastructure in this country should be designated as a subsector of the existing Government Facilities critical infrastructure sector. Given the vital role elections play in this country, it is clear that certain systems and assets of election infrastructure meet the definition of critical infrastructure, in fact and in law.
I have reached this determination so that election infrastructure will, on a more formal and enduring basis, be a priority for cybersecurity assistance and protections that the Department of Homeland Security provides to a range of private and public sector entities. By “election infrastructure,” we mean storage facilities, polling places, and centralized vote tabulations locations used to support the election process, and information and communications technology to include voter registration databases, voting machines, and other systemsto manage the election process and report and display results on behalf of state and local governments.
Prior to reaching this determination, my staff and I consulted many state and local election officials; I am aware that many of them are opposed to this designation. It is important to stress what this designation does and doesnot mean. This designation doesnot mean a federal takeover, regulation, oversight or intrusion concerning elections in this country. This designation does nothing to change the role state and local governments have in administering and running elections.
The designation of election infrastructure as critical infrastructure subsector does mean that election infrastructure becomes a priority within the National Infrastructure Protection Plan. It also enables this Department to prioritize our cybersecurity assistance to state and local election officials, but only for those who request it. Further, the designation makes clear both domestically and internationally that election infrastructure enjoys all the benefits and protections of critical infrastructure that the U.S. government has to offer. Finally, a designation makes it easier for the federal government to have full and frank discussions with key stakeholders regarding sensitive vulnerability information.
Particularly in these times, this designation is simply the right and obvious thing to do.
At present, there are sixteen critical infrastructure sectors, including twenty subsectors that are eligible to receive prioritized cybersecurity assistance from the Department of Homeland Security. The existing critical infrastructure sectors are:
Chemical
Commercial Facilities
Communications
Critical Manufacturing
Dams
Defense Industrial Base
Emergency Services
Energy
Financial Services
Food and Agriculture
Government Facilities
Healthcare and Public Health
Information Technology
Nuclear Reactors, Material, and Waste
Transportation Systems
Water and Wastewater Systems
Entities within these sectors all benefit from this designation and work with us closely on cybersecurity. For example, we have developed joint cybersecurity exercises with numerous companies within the communications, information technology, financial services and energy sectors to improve our incident response capabilities. We have also streamlined access to unclassified and classified information to critical infrastructure owners and operators in partnership with information sharing and analysis organizations. Moreover, many critical infrastructure sectors include assets and systems owned and operated by state and local governments, such as dams, healthcare and public health, and water and wastewater systems.
Now more than ever, it is important that we offer our assistance to state and local election officials in the cybersecurity of their systems. Election infrastructure is vital to our national interests, and cyber attacks on this country are becoming more sophisticated, and bad cyber actors – ranging from nation states, cyber criminals and hacktivists – are becoming more sophisticated and dangerous.
Further, our increasingly digital and connected world has reshaped our lives. It has streamlined everyday tasks and changed the way we communicate. But, just as the continually evolving digital age has improved our quality of life, it has also introduced an array of cyber threats and implications.
Cybersecurity continues to be a top priority for DHS, as it is for state and local election officials across the country. This designation enables the states, should they request it, to leverage the full scope of cybersecurity services we can make available to them.

In Stunning Last Minute Power Grab, Obama Designates Election Systems As "Critical Infrastructure"
In a stunning last minute power grab by the Obama administration with just 14 days left in his Presidency, the Department of Homeland Security released a statement this evening officially declaring state election systems to be "critical infrastructure." The statement from DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson defines "election infrastructure" as "storage facilities, polling places, centralized vote tabulations locations, voter registration databases, voting machines" and all "other systems" to manage the election process...so pretty much everything.
I have determined that election infrastructure in this country should be designated as a subsector of the existing Government Facilities critical infrastructure sector. Given the vital role elections play in this country, it is clear that certain systems and assets of election infrastructure meet the definition of critical infrastructure, in fact and in law.

Of course, it's likely not a coincidence that the DHS made this announcement just hours after the "intelligence community" declassified their "Russian Hacking" propaganda which basically noted that RT has a very effective social media distribution platform while once again providing absolutely no actual evidence.
Johnson's statement goes on to note that while many "state and local election officials are opposed to this designation" he went ahead with his decision anyway, because that's just what the Obama administration does.
Prior to reaching this determination, my staff and I consulted many state and local election officials; I am aware that many of them are opposed to this designation. Of course, one of the most vocal opponents of this move has been Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp who recently told Politico it is nothing more than an attempt to "subvert the Constitution to achieve the goal of federalizing elections under the guise of security."
During an earlier interview with the site Nextgov, Kemp warned: "The question remains whether the federal government will subvert the Constitution to achieve the goal of federalizing elections under the guise of security." Kemp told POLITICO he sees a “clear motivation from this White House” to expand federal control, citing Obama’s health care law, the Dodd-Frank financial-reform legislation and the increased role of the Education Department in local schools.
To some election officials, this sounds like the first stage of a more intrusive plan.
“I think it’s kind of the nose under the tent,” said Vermont Secretary of State Jim Condos, a Democrat. “What I think a lot of folks get concerned about [is] when the federal government says, ‘Well, look, we’re not really interested in doing that, but we just want to give you this,’ and then all of a sudden this leads to something else.”
Meanwhile, Kemp continued on by noting that "this administration only has 15 days left in its term" and to make such a critical decision during the 11th hour "smacks of partisan politics."
But we're sure it's nothing, Obama doesn't really strike us as the type to play the "partisan politics" game.
