While The Public Sleeps, An Unprecedented Act of TREASON Occured in the U.S. Senate on Nov. 29, 2011
From Ken Adachi, Editor
http://educate-yourself.org/cn/S1867subsectionDtreason01dec11.shtml
December 1, 2011I simply cannot believe what I've been reading and seeing on the internet yesterday and today. On Tuesday, November 29, 2011, an amendment (titled SA-1107), sponsored by Senator Udall, toThe National Defense Authorization Act ( S-1867), was voted down by 60 senators in the US Senate. The purpose of Udall's amendment was to change the wording in a section of S-1867 sponsored by John McCain and Carl Levin called Subtitle D of Title X, also called Detainee matters.
Udall's amendment would have removed the treasonous McCain/Levin abomination of Subtitle D and replace it with wording that would PROHIBIT the inclusion of American citizens - living on American soil - from being eligible for military abduction roundup lists. The 60 treasonous senators who voted "nay" on the Udall amendment on November 29, effectively killed the Constitution-protective amendment wording that Udall and his co-sponsors had crafted.
The current version of the bill will allow any suspicious person chosen by a secret panel authorized by the President, to be abducted by military personnel and taken to Guantanamo (or other offshore military installation) and "interrogated" and detained forever, if they so choose.
This is naked, dictatorial tyranny folks, and these 60 senators are commiting high treason by endorsing the McCain/levin version of Subtitle D instead of the Udall substitute amendment. By defeating Senator Udall's substitute SA-1107 amendment, the EXISTING wording of Subtitle D, Section 1031 of Title X of Senate Bill S-1867 (sponsored by NWO sellouts Sens. John McCain and Carl Levin) remains intact and part of S-1867.
If this bill becomes law, then ANY American citizen that the President's special committee decides is a "suspect" can be abducted from his home (in America) in the middle of the night by US military personnel and wisked off to Guantanamo and never to be heard from again--and it would all be 'authorized' and legal.
Even if Obama vetoes this bill, it only takes 2/3 (66 votes) of the Senate to OVERTURN Obama's veto and the bill beomces law. This is a very dangerous situation.
I can only hope that enough people will recognize the gravity of this treasonous legislation and start the ball rolling in the 30 states associated with these senators and start circulating petitions to either impeach or recall every single one of these 60 traitors. Nothing else will get their attention. They must be removed from office.

RT America Reporter Kristine Frazao in Washington, DC, Interviews Alex Jones in Austin, Texas
MilitaryState of MindTranscription: December 2, 2011
Transcription by: <kamele2353@gmail.com>Reporter Kristine Frazao: Well, let's begin this afternoon with something U.S. lawmakers are cooking up as we speak. It's a bill in the U.S. Senate called the National Defense Authorization Act, and may be voted on as soon as tomorrow. But with most bills, it is chocked full of flowery language about protecting the homeland and giving he military the tools they need to do their job. But the bill also does something unprecedented. It gives the President - this one and the next ones - the authority to indefinitely imprison people, without charge or trial, both in other countries and here in the United States. But don't take my word for it. Take a look at this… Here is text of the Senate Bill 1867: Congress affirms that the authority of the President to use all necessary and appropriate force pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force includes the authority for the Armed Forces of the United States to detain covered persons pending disposition under the law of war. Alright, not exactly simple language here. So, why don't I play something for you from one of the bill's backers, Senator Lindsey Graham from South Carolina. This is what he said on the Senate floor a few weeks ago:
Senator Lindsey Graham: 1032, the Military Custody Provision, which has waivers and a lot of flexibility, doesn't apply to American citizens. 1031, the Statement of Authority to Detain does apply to American citizens and it designates the world as the battlefield, including the homeland.
Kristine: The battlefield, says Senator Graham, is right here in your front yard and mine. And he says American citizens, if they are suspects - suspects - well, that they should be able to be detained and held without charge. Why? Well, in the name of information gathering, it seems.
Senator Kelly Ayotte: We're simply saying that you have the option to make sure that you can put intelligence gathering as the top priority.
Kristine: Now, this isn't just Republicans. The bill sponsors are Republican Senator John McCain and Democratic Senator Carl Levin, who brings up a situation in which a member of Al Qaeda gets onto U.S. soil and attacks a military base. Senator Levin wants to make sure that that person is able to be detained by the military in that situation. That's the reason. Now, I should mention President Obama has threatened to veto the bill if the indefinite detention without charge or trial provisions are not removed. But an amendment by Senators Mark Udall and Jim Webb to strip those provisions from the bill just failed on the Senate floor just moments ago. So, what is going on here? Where's all that talk about sticking to The Constitution?
It's a question radio host, Alex Jones, for one, is asking. So, we want to talk to him about it. Hey Alex, there's a lot of talk about, you know, there's a lot of talk about this, but there's very few people talking about it, as well, in the mainstream media. Now, I'll get to the lack of coverage on the mainstream media in a second, but let's just get to the bill itself. What do you make of this?
Alex Jones: Well, Kristine, there's a story inside of this story. I, for 16 years or more, have been pointing out that there is an open plan to start using the U.S. military on the streets of America. And in the MIAC and Homeland Security reports that law enforcement gave me over 3 years ago, it states that none of this has to do with Al Qaeda. It's all about returning vets, gun owners, Libertarians, Conservatives, Anti-War Activists, who are listed as terrorists in these databases. So, that's in the news today. So the bill itself is incredibly egregious, but it just expands upon the Military Commissions Act and other things, where they now kill you as citizens abroad, and say they will kill them domestically. So, they're setting that precedent always claiming, "Oh well, it's for Al Qaeda, 'cause they're so scary." But when you get into the meat and potatoes, they want to use this against the American people. And just a few years ago they would say, "This is preposterous! We don't want to use the army and marines against the American people. Why that's tyranny. That's a third-world country. That's martial law." Now, they're like, "Well yes, we want to keep you safe from Al Qaeda." But it's in The London Telegraph and all over the news that Al Qaeda, under NATO control, has been given Libya / is now being sent to Syria / was used, of course, in the 80's against the Russians / used against the Serbs in the 90's. I mean, this is a joke. Al Qaeda is the boogieman they use to do this, but the whole thing is pointed at the American people. But here's the key: When we started reporting this last week, when they brought this bill up, it has a section saying, Americans are exempt, but it has another section saying, unless we say so. So, it's got the fine print.
And then, I had noticed all these IP addresses hitting our article within minutes of it going up, which they don't even hide it. It goes back to military bases and PR firms. They were ready, saying I was a liar and INFOWARS.com was lying, using the lying section. And in fact, it was in The Grand Rapids Press, Congressman Justin Amash said, - quote: "It's carefully crafted to mislead the public." They had all the warmongering neocons and others come out in the last week and say, "It's not in there. It's not true. It doesn't affect citizens.
Kristine: A few things, Alex, a few things that you want that you mentioned, because you brought up a lot of good points here. One thing you said, you said, "A few years ago, people would find something like this outrageous / preposterous." It is surprising on one level today - but this treatment of being detained, held without charge, even tortured, has already happened to an American citizen on American soil - Private First Class Bradley Manning, accused of leaking those classified documents to the whistle blowing website, WikiLeaks. So, if this is already being done, what's the point of having Congress vote on it?
Alex: Well, they want to say, "It's the law" - like Hitler passed laws saying he could round up groups he wanted. We had laws in this country saying blacks weren't human beings. It doesn't mean it's right. Tyrants always want to say they have the law on their side, but as Marbury vs. Madison Supreme Court Case states, "Anything that is abhorrent to common law, The Constitution, or organic law is null and void." They could pass a law tomorrow saying, "All children with black hair have to show up at the local government building to become slaves". I mean, it's a fraud. We have the right to resist that.
And the Military Industrial Complex, owned by the big banks, has hijacked America. I keep explaining this to people. And now, it doesn't just want to dominate the third world or the Middle East or Asia, or encircle other countries in Europe. It wants to dominate this country. And the Military Industrial Complex is a bunch of offshore corporations. They run the red light cameras. They run the federalization of the local police. They're just occupying America through NORTHCOM. They set it all up for this. Clinton, Bush, Obama - it's all just continuing.
And you're right, Obama is saying he will veto this, because it's getting attention. But he's already gone along with saying they can secretly arrest and torture. And it says in here you can be grabbed, and no one ever knows where you go forever. I mean, this is literally right out of Stalin, Stalinist Russia, Maoist China, Pol Pot type stuff. This is right out of East Germany / right out of Nazi Germany. This is 100% naked, classical, 1984, in-your-face tyranny, and they sit there and waddle around up there - Congress - it's come out that most of these members who have a 9% approval rating, know the American people are awake to them. They say it's legal that they are allowed to insider trade and give government contracts and pass bills for companies their wives and husbands own. They sit up there - most of them blackmail criminals - and say, "We're allowed to insider trade" (which is a felony)…
Kristine: Alright, Alex. I mean, certainly that was another big story that we talked about here on RT and really important to talk about, but I really want to stick to this, especially because…
Alex: I'm saying, "They're crooks! They're crooks that want a military to protect their criminal activity." I'm sorry.
Kristine: That's okay. I want to talk about this specifically and the coverage of it. As we said, "This is happening right now. Certainly Congress and what lawmakers is working on is a priority for much of the mainstream media: CNN, MSNBC, FOX. They have congressional correspondents. Why haven't we seen this covered?
Alex: Because it's a Pentagon-run psyop and the American people are the enemy. America's been hijacked, and they - listen - we had Pentagon Department of Defense spammers hit our site when this went up within minutes. They were waiting with the part of the bill that says you're exempt in that carefully crafted deception that congressmen talked about to mislead the public. They were waiting, hitting us within 120 seconds, okay? So, first they said, "It doesn't exist". Now that it's come out, they're saying, "Okay, it's good for you" because they don't want this debate to go forward. They want to be able to go in and tell the troops - the carefully chosen cadres - "Now you're ready to operate in America".
Now listen, they've been operating for 20 years secretly in police uniform. I've interviewed the people. They've been doing gun confiscation drills that I've been to. I've literally had - if I told you the stories - it's in my Police State films. It's like a movie. There is a giant, secret government program that now wants to uncloak. It's already here.
Kristine: Let's broaden this, too, a bit, Alex. I want to show you on the cover of TIME Magazine this week. But first I'm going to show you the cover of TIME in Europe and Asia and in South Pacific. This basically shows a fighter wearing a gas mask in a village still very much in the midst of chaos. And it asks the question (I know it's hard to read, but it says), "Are free elections - and the promise of an Arab Spring - at risk?" And under the larger title of REVOLUTION REDUX. Well, now I want to show you this week's cover of TIME here in the U.S. It basically says why ANXIETY is good for you. Hopefully, you can see this.
Everywhere else in the world they're talking about the Arab Spring. They're showing a picture of revolution / of chaos on the streets. And here we have a little cartoon guy tying a little piece of yarn under the headline: Why ANXIETY Is Good For You. Let's talk about that in terms of the mainstream media and the coverage of bills and things that Washington lawmakers are working on right now that are just getting no attention.
Alex: Well, you're right. I mean, the corporate press New World Order media 50 years ago the U.S. was number one in education / number one in being informed. Now, we are the least informed of the industrialized world by design. And we are spoon-fed propaganda. We're not told how the rest of the world sees us. And they try to keep us in this cocoon. And so, I praise RT for covering this. I mean literally, this is right out of 1933 Germany with Hitler saying, "The Reichstag is going to attack. I can indefinitely arrest and detain whoever I want". I mean, this is 100% nightmare that they would be openly doing this, but they're only able to get away with this, because as you pointed out, FOX, CNN and the rest of them won't cover it. And the few little mentions are, "Yeah, they're going to secretly arrest you to keep you safe".
I mean, my God! Let's say terrorism was real and not manufactured most of it. I'm a thousand times more scared of a big, giant Military Industrial Complex with snatch-and-grab teams that can just disappear people, which we know they've been beta-testing at the G-20 in Pittsburg. They would have military grab folks off the street, put them in cars. I later learned they were actors, but they would do it in front of the media to test it, and to see what the public did. And I learned in London / I learned in Toronto / I learned in other places the G-20 test this. They are scientifically studying us and seeing if they can get away with this; staging snatch-and-grabs in front of news cameras. And then the news is like not even covering it. And they're like, Okay, the media's going to let us pull up and grab peaceful people and throw them in black vans. Let's do it for real. This is scientific psyop. We're under attack as I told you - it's not a joke. May Day! May Day! I wish people would have done this in Germany in the 1930's. We are in a Red Level Crisis! The people that have seized our government are preparing to launch World War III in the Middle East if their test balloons are successful.
Kristine: Well, Alex, I just want to wrap this segment up with one final question about the specific - the bill that’s taking place, 1867 in Congress, the National Defense Authorization Act. You said that people in the higher ups in the military in government, that they want to try to hide this. But the fact is, you can't hide a bill that's in Congress. You go on the Internet and you can find the exact text of the bill. How are they going to hide it? How do you see this playing out in terms of…?
Alex: Alright. They've tried a couple of things. Sure, sure. First, they hit everybody: the ACLU, Ron Paul, Rand Paul, with "No, it doesn't do that. No, no. It doesn’t arrest citizens." I mean, you're not even supposed to have the military involved domestically. And now they're not just going to arrest you - you're going to disappear. They said they could torture you in the accompanying legislation they've already passed - going to the literal black hole. And so first, they run the psyop of it doesn't exist. When we force the fact that it exists, they just let the alternative media - the real media - cover it, and hope people don't wake up to it, so they can slip it through, and then incrementally implement. And so that's the plan.
Listen, from Alabama to California I have the local news articles, from Iowa to Tennessee, going back at least 5 years. Every week, they have regular army and marines (I have video) at checkpoints pulling families out of their cars. You pull up with your wife and children and there are state police with marines acting like you're terrorists, grabbing you out of the car and searching you. It's all about breaking our will / training us to accept this. This has already been going on. Just like Bush was spying without warrants, for many years before it came out, it was illegal. They just have Congress pass a law saying, "No more warrants needed in America". They're already doing this.
Kristine: Alright. We will certainly keep our eyes on this. But we do appreciate you weighing in and for really being focused in on the story - radio host, Alex Jones in Austin, Texas.
Alex: Thank you, Kristine.
Passage of S.1867: Our enemy is within
http://ppjg.wordpress.com/2011/12/01/5001/
December 1, 2011
By Marti Oakley <ppj.gazette5@gmail.com>The Senate voted to pass the anti-American Defense Authorization Act of 2011, S.1867. The vote was 61-37; 61 Senators who swore to defend and uphold the Constitution just flipped the bird at the entire country.
44 Republican Senators voted to keep the detainee provisions in the bill….these are those same Republicans who are going to save the country from Obama and the Democrats.
17 Democrats voted to keep the same provisions….These are the same Democrats who are going to save country from the Republicans and the neo-cons.
I can’t speak for anyone else other than myself here but, I am so sick of this traitorous bunch of political whores and jackasses, I can barely stand it. I cannot think of one rational, plausible reason as to why this bill included the so-called “right” to arbitrarily and summarily determine any one, anywhere in the world to be a threat/criminal, and to detain them indefintiely without any bona fide reason and based on nothing more than what might amount to a “belief” and to hold them indefinitely without charging them with any crime or producing any evidence that one had been committed and to do this to anyone the government decides to, even US citizens. Who are the real terrorists here? And why would codifying this into some horrendous law, make it any less repugnant or any more justifiable?
Its bad enough that we are unable to trust anything this bunch does, much less even one word of anything they say, but the fact is THEY know that WE know they are lying and betraying us at every opportunity, yet they continue to do so while simultaneously trying to convince us that one party or the other is the only party that will save us from fascism/socialism/communism…..whatever “ism” suits their current needs. The fact is, we need to save our selves from our own government.
I am so sick of being threatened with another 9/11 style attack if we don’t submit and comply with the assaults on our rights, and seeing that threat used to destroy our Constitution and to strike down our protections and ultimately, to destroy our country. We have spent billions upon billions of dollars on state of the art spying systems, and assorted military systems and weapons all of which appear to be directed inward at us. S.1867 makes it very apparent that we are the enemy as far as the central government is concerned.
I do not give a rats hind end if the bill laid out who got what power, authority or how much money for the coming year to keep the endless illegal wars going and to start new ones as others wind down. The fact that the bill contained these things does not negate the fact that it intentionally omitted Constitutional protections for US citizens; protections specifically put in place to keep our government from doing exactly this kind of thing to us.
Furthermore, it does not negate the fact that these detainee provisions are the same kinds of provisions that all dictatorial countries use to oppress and terrorize their own populations and any one else who doesn’t submit and comply.
Senator Levin, who was instrumental in crafting this assault on the people of the United States, was quoted in the New York Times as saying:
“We are at war with Al Qaeda, and people who are determined to be part of Al Qaeda should be treated as people who are at war with us,” Mr. Levin said in the debate leading up to the vote.
His remarks would have been far more honest if he had spoken the truth and his quote would have more accurately reflected who they view as the enemy of the state, if he had said something to this effect:
“We are at war with the Constitutional Republic, and people who are determined to be part of the Constitutional Republic should be treated as people who are at war with us”.
“Us” would be the government and those who slither in and out of the doors of government and who have access to those officials; those that view the general population as expendable, a nuisance and not worthy of living in freedom.
Yet these same purveyors of lies, corruption and political posturing will expect us, the same people they are determined to oppress, to pay the bills on all their anti-American, anti-humanity declarations.
We have become what we claimed to despise
Ever since the false flag attacks of 9/11, our own government has done to the country what no terrorist or terrorist organization could have accomplished. All of the attacks on our Constitutional protections and rights have been perpetrated not by some terrorist in a far away place, but by our own government. It is our own government that has enabled the 17 or more spy agencies in the US to unlawfully put the country under surveillance, to assemble dossiers on each and every one of us, to track us, film us, listen in on our conversations, read our email and snail mail,
to break into our homes performing illegal searches. It is our own government that has established Fusions centers for local spying, and turned various corporate federal agencies into immediate threats to the country. It is our own government that allows TSA to harass and molest us as we travel, that has turned our local law enforcement units into the menaces to their communities that many have become. The idea that the US will pass some kind of law that could possibly prevent terrorists from acting out their plans is nothing less than ludicrous. Furthermore, we have had “laws” on the books for years prior to 9/11 that would have dealt with terrorists if we were able to catch them, but which did nothing to prevent the attacks. Get a clue here: Terrorists, by definition, do not give a damn what kind of laws are passed in this country or any other. That is part of what makes them terrorists.
Ten years after 9/11 and we are still sitting by idly as bill after bill, after bill comes out of this nest of pit vipers we call congress; bills that have destroyed who we are and what we stand for as a country. We have forfeited our rights, our protections, our privacy and security and ultimately our country to a government who spends more of its time trying to convince us that all their attacks on our Constitutional Republic are necessary, the only way they can keep us safe, than it does looking for actual terrorists.
We have become the thing we claimed we despised. All of the crimes we claim are being committed by other countries are crimes we are committing ourselves. We torture, kidnap, bomb, murder, intimidate, abuse and terrify all in the name of “national security”. We destabilize economies, deprive entire countries of food, medicines, even water for refusing to submit to what we want. We overthrow governments and assassinate their leaders and then install puppet governments to do our bidding.
I have to wonder if at some point if other countries will band together and declare the US a terrorist organization, guilty of crimes against humanity, war crimes, human rights violations and a threat to world peace. If this should ever happen, possibly Carl Levin and John McCain could stand up and wave a copy of S.1867 at them and make them run away.

I just contacted my Senator’s office regarding my deep concern for portions of this bill. Importantly: where American citizens can be detained, indefinitely, for no reason, for long periods and not being charged with any crime. The Senator’s office informed me that this is not true (not a part of the bill) but just a misnomer, a rumor, etc., and directed me to read the bill at Thomas.gov. Just thought you might like to have an update on this as OathKeepers.org just sent out info regarding this same bill and the dire implications. Please go to http://www.oathkeepers.org for more info.

I feel safer already. But what I’m really curious about is how does a Congress with a 10% approval rating, a President who is suspected of being a fraud, get to write and pass laws based on a false flag event that happened 10 years ago which created a bogus War on Terror?
The war on drugs made drugs more prevelent. The war on poverty has made poverty more ubiquitous. The war on terror….. terrorizes every person on the planet. Good job DC. How about a war on the rich? It might just make everyone rich. A war on love? Everyone will be at peace and love one another. Give it a try Congress.

Clearly Zionazi “Crack whores” and talmudic terrorists are not “Our” government. Jesus made that abundantly clear. Liars and Murderers have no authority despite their ability to print currrency, lie from both side of their pie hole with forked toungues, and claim with unfathonable CHUTZPAH to be allegedly God’s chosen People. Americans can choose to serve the God of TRUTH and show the children of the Devil the business end of the Sword of the King. Waco/OKC/9/11 proved beyond reasonable doubt that these TARES are…[http://disc.yourwebapps.com/discussion.cgi?disc=149495;article=139354;title=APFN]… not acting in GOOD FAITH.

The S. 1867 Senator McCain is pushing for a final vote today will end any pretense of federal respect for any of our God-given rights. S. 1867 will destroy any pretense of justice or freedom in a society where dissent is a respected part of the political process. It is time to recall why we have the Second Amendment – and “lock & load.” The gauntlet has been thrown down. The writing is on the wall. The time to fight is before you are shackled for that ride to the “camp”!

Mr. Longley,
The striking of an amendment stating clearly:
S.1254 included Section 1031
(d) Constitutional Limitation on Applicability to United States Persons- The authority to detain a person under this section does not extend to the detention of citizens or lawful resident aliens of the United States on the basis of conduct taking place within the United States except to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States. [This language now removed]
http://www.govtrack.usS.1254 was the predecessor to S.1867 and the latter no longer contains this provision. Now why would anyone remove what is clearly a section meant to protect the citizens of the United States from the actions of their own government?
Section 1031 d) now reads:
Construction- Nothing in this section is intended to limit or expand the authority of the President or the scope of the Authorization for Use of Military Force. http://www.govtrack.us
So your question: “What part of “… does not extend to citizens of the United States,” is unclear?” is irrelevant. Do you get that yet?
By not limiting the authority of the President means the authority he already has as per previous acts and presidential findings, which add up to unlimited authority.
If this isn’t clear to you – you are simply in denial.

Hmmmm
The “requirement” as listed in section 1031 does NOT prohibit the military from obducting US citizens and detaining them indefinitely without charges or trial. This merely states that it is not a “requirement”. There is a big big difference between being required to do something and prohibited from doing something.
If the authors of this act wanted to “prohibit” the military from doing this they would have said so. There is NOTHING in this act that prohibits the government from ordering the military to break down you door in the dead of night and dragging you away to prision never to be heard from again. It is as stated above, exactly the same kind of power granted every single dictatorship in history. No probable cause, no judge, no warrant, no trial, no appeals. In short no due process of any kind. And the best part? the government doesn’t need any reason what so ever, just the say so of……..somebody in the government. This act effectively over rules the 3rd, 4th and 5th amendments to the Constitution. It is with out a doubt the most unconstitutional act approved by the Senate since the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and subsequent income tax. You see the powers that be have realized that without this Act they won’t be able to force the citizens to continue to pay illegal debts dumped on the taxpayers by the Federal Reserve. Only be threat of inprisonment and death will Americans tolerate the corruption in Congress and the Federal Reserve.***

I would like to reply to MORONS Above who did not fully read through the bill and seem to believe the bill does not apply to American Citizens. The way the bill is set up is through a panel created by the President. They decide who is and who isn’t a “terrorist.” Said “terrorist” is then to be exported outside the jurisdiction of the US to undergo an “interrogation.” IF during that “interrogation” said terrorist admits they gave up their citizenship to become a “terrorist” then said “terrorist” can now be dealt with through a military tribunal, set up by the same people who labeled him or her a terrorist. This is IN THE WORDING of the bill morons. So to say it does not apply to American Citizens is a weasel way of lying. It DOES and WILL apply to American citizens who will be tortured into making false statements, will never receive a fair trail, and will disappear.

Law should apply to all persons equally not pick some and not others. This creates a very dangerous precarious situation, in that law is to be applied to some but not others. No man is above the law, that is unless you work in Congress, they are exempt. This law creates a very dangerous situation.

The 1%, those self-proclaimed arrogant self-deceiving beneficiaries of wealth, not struggling American, will ultimately reap the harvest that they have sewn. We find ourselves in a Paradigm shift, meaning a systemic and slowly rotating turret-like motion, reversal of all-encompassing historical movements of epochal political and social change. This era will last 25-30 years. No one singular event shall define it, 9-11 was pivotal and defining in that it changed direction from the post cold war- a relative peaceful economic positive evolutionary development towards a deceptively garbed, war phase-against foreign enemies-alledgedly. Yet that build-up, cloaked the actual target, the American liberty, freedom and constitution-We the people, in order to form a more perfect Union…so we can expect many more such provocations…to prepare for the upheaval—in whose midst we find ourselves in the here and now…is clearly evident in the Occupy Wall Street and likely soon developing uprising, unrest, and 1960´s-resemblant anti-war movement. The super wealthy are fearful of us, we are enraged at them and thus the momentum will swing rapidly against them within the next entropical or depressionary cascade of mass suffering-economic-police state Junta executions and disappearances-i.e. Chile and Kissinger 1973-74. Oppression.
Millions are already in deeply troubled spiritual states, they are searching for reasons and attempting to sort it out in their minds. When they decide to act, expect a sudden shift in the opposite direction, proportionally equivalent to the magnitude or energy level of the oppressive clamp-down currently underway. The regime is on borrowed time anyway, their self created- demise will follow.

From Section 1031 of S.1867 as passed by the Senate…
“(b) Applicability to United States Citizens and Lawful Resident Aliens-
“(1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.
“(2) LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis of conduct taking place within the United States, except to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.”
What part of “… does not extend to citizens of the United States,” is unclear?

I never thought I would see the day!
But then again, Congress is perhaps a reflection of the general public.
They certainly must be like the rest of the population and average a 4th grade reading level. This is where we have gone since Carter and the Department of Education took over because the States were doing too good a job.
It is certain they have never read the Constitution.
Their idea of Treason, is anyone or anything that prohibits them from stealing more and more from the people they are supposed to represent.
But then again I could be wrong,
The people they represent, do not live in this country.
This sounds just like something out of Das Kapital, which is the place I read of such things.

I have said before that what we are witnessing (and there are many thousands more (millions?) who don’t even have a clue or could care less) is a complete overthrow of our Constitutional Republic. A glaring wholesale, no holds barred, take no prisoner(s) frontal assault on our freedoms, our way of living, free enterprise, our religious beliefs, with nary a glance backwards to see how many casualties they leave behind. We have a Prez who doesn’t give one whit about this country nor what she stands for, nor the sacrifices made by our military, or the Founding Fathers, who bravely stood up to tyranny. The scary part is what we can’t see being done behind our backs by this bunch of treasonous tyrants.

The Congress is moving as quickly as possible – they changed the patent laws earlier this year to obstruct the progress of this disruptive to Obama’s agenda technology:
http://www.lanl.gov/news/releases/cheaper-hydrogen-fuel-cells.html
Want to guess how long cheap hydrogen from plain water technology has been suppressed? I’m guessing it was around before they took over the automobile industry.
Next they will enact laws that force us to fuel our cars with unleaded gasoline –
oh wait they did that at the start of the Obama Administration – its called CAFE standards and it obstructs mass production and sale of vehicles that are fueled by natural gas or cheap hydrogen from plain water.
They are about to renew CAFE and prevent us from changing our fuels to change the future. Cheap hydrogen from plain water technology is not Obama green energy fundamental change.
In Obama’s new america energy prices must necessarily skyrocket and you must pay and pay until you beg the new america rulers for mercy.
It is Obama’s too big to fail plan, comrade.
Respect the world leader forever our ruler Obama’s needs.
