Arizona Govenor Signs Illegal Alien Enforcement Bill
[Editor's Note: Barry Soetoro, the Indonesian illegal alien usurper currently posing as President of the United States, is upset that the governor of Arizona has signed a bill into law that will give Arizona police the opportunity to arrest, detain, and incarcerate illegal aliens, mostly from Mexico and Central America, for the crime of illegally residing and working under false pretenses and authorization in the state of Arizona. This is perceived as a setback to the Leftist Illuminati/Zionist agenda which has been striving to brainwash the nation into accepting the idea that "immigration reform" -the rubber stamping legalization of approximately 20-25 million illegal aliens in America- is a good thing and ought to be implemented as soon as possible. One of the many FM radio stations which promote the cause of "immigration reform", KPFK out of Los Angeles, recently (April 5, 2010) interviewed a woman running for US House of Representatives ((Mary Wintergrad. running for D-36) who is openly advocating to stump for the "rights" of illegal aliens to work, live, and drive in California, without fear of "harassment" and "intimidation" by "bigoted" groups in California who are opposed to "immigrant's rights".I am so utterly fed up with the unending mantra heard repeatedly on radio and TV that refer to illegal aliens as "immigrants" and the sanctioning of their criminal liabilities and financial burdens imposed upon the legitimate citizens of this country as a "fight" for "immigration rights". The pent up backlash of American citizens against scheming political opportunist-whores and those who have tried to portray themselves as advocates for "immigration reform" is about to be unleashed across this land with a fury hitherto unimagined. It's long overdue....Ken Adachi].

Original Title: Ariz. governor signs immigration enforcement bill
* AP foreign, Friday April 23 2010
PAUL DAVENPORT
Associated Press Writers= PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona's tough immigration enforcement bill [SB 1070] will become law despite being criticized by President Obama as 'misguided." Govenor Jan Brewer signed the bill into law on live television on Friday. It takes effect in 90 days after the current legislative sessions in the next several weeks.
Brewer says the law "protects every Arizona citizen."
The sweeping legislation makes it a crime under state law to be in the country illegally. It would also require local police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegally.
Obama said in Washington the measure could violate people's civil rights and said he's instructed the Justice Department to see if it is legal.
THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. Check back soon for further information. AP's earlier story is below.
PHOENIX (AP) — President Barack Obama called an Arizona immigration bill "misguided" Friday and said it could violate people's civil rights, intensifying pressure on the state's Republican governor to veto the nation's toughest legislation against illegal immigration.
Obama said he's instructed the Justice Department to examine the Arizona bill to see if it's legal, and said the federal government must enact immigration reform at the national level — or leave the door open to "irresponsibility by others."
"That includes, for example, the recent efforts in Arizona, which threaten to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans, as well as the trust between police and their communities that is so crucial to keeping us safe," Obama said.
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, who faces a tough election battle and growing anger in the state over illegal immigrants, scheduled an afternoon news conference Friday to announce her decision.
The sweeping measure would make it a crime under state law to be in the country illegally. It would also require local police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are in the country illegally.
Brewer is under intense pressure from anti-illegal immigration groups and lawmakers in her own party to sign the bill, but has given no indication what she will do.
Hundreds of protesters gathered at the State Capitol complex Friday calling on Brewer to veto the legislation.
Demonstrators have been camped outside the Capitol since the measure passed out of the Legislature on Monday. Their numbers have grown steadily throughout the week, with buses bringing protesters from as far away as Los Angeles.
About a dozen supporters of the measure also gathered.
The bill's Republican sponsor, state Rep. Russell Pearce of Mesa, said Obama and other critics of the bill were "against law enforcement, our citizens and the rule of law."
Pearce said the legislation would remove "political handcuffs" from police and help drive illegal immigrants from the state.
"Illegal is illegal," said Pearce, a driving force on the issue in Arizona. "We'll have less crime. We'll have lower taxes. We'll have safer neighborhoods. We'll have shorter lines in the emergency rooms. We'll have smaller classrooms."
Hundreds of Hispanics protested the legislation at the State Capitol complex on Thursday.
U.S. Rep. Raul Grijalva, a Democrat who opposes the measure, said he's closing his Arizona offices at noon Friday after his staff in Yuma and Tucson were flooded with calls this week, some from people threatening violent acts and shouting racial slurs.
Arizona has an estimated 460,000 illegal immigrants and is the state with the most illegal border crossings, with the harsh, remote desert serving as the gateway for thousands of Mexicans and Central Americans.
Other provisions of the bill allow lawsuits against government agencies that hinder enforcement of immigration laws, and make it illegal to hire illegal immigrants for day labor or knowingly transport them.
The bill would take effect 90 days after the current legislative session ends if it becomes law.
Brewer faces a contested Aug. 24 Republican primary election, and one of her opponents, State Treasurer Dean Martin, has called on her to sign the legislation.
Also, the March 27 shooting death of rancher Bob Krentz on his property in southeastern Arizona has brought illegal immigration and border security into greater focus in the state. Authorities believe Krentz was killed by an illegal border crosser.
Since the shooting, Brewer and other officeholders and candidates have toured the state's border with Mexico. On Thursday, she ordered a reallocation of state National Guard and law enforcement resources and called on the federal government to deploy National Guard troops.
Arizona has previously passed a variety of get-tough measures dealing with illegal immigration.
Brewer's predecessor, Janet Napolitano, a Democrat who is now President Barack Obama's Homeland Security secretary, vetoed proposals similar to the bill just approved by the Legislature.
But she signed a 2007 law that imposes sanctions against employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants. Other state laws make human smuggling a state crime and restrict illegal immigrants' eligibility for public services.
The Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund said the bill before Brewer is unconstitutional because regulation of immigration is a federal responsibility.
Others urging Brewer to veto the bill include Catholic bishops, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, a Democrat, and Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard, the Democratic Party's presumptive nominee for governor. Mexico's embassy also has voiced concerns about racial profiling.
A Phoenix Law Enforcement Association representative acknowledged that racial profiling can occur but said fears associated with the bill are unfounded.
"We're not targeting any particular group," said Levi Bolton, a retired police detective. "Cops are not here to do these things to you."

STATES RIGHTS: ARIZONA DEALS WITH ILLEGAL ALIEN IMMIGRATION
http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?read=171674
By Frosty Wooldridge
April 22, 2010
NewsWithViews.comArizona citizens suffer drunk driving deaths, rapes, schools destroyed, hospitals bankrupting and a host of problems from nearly 500,000 illegal aliens working and living in their state.
A whopping 57,000 Arizona citizens walk out to find their cars stolen every year. Mexican drug gangs use those vehicles for transport of their billion dollar enterprises. People traffickers use those stolen cars for the far-reaching illegal alien smuggling network that commences in Phoenix.
Arizona schools suffer with the children of an estimated 460,000 illegal alien migrants that crossed over the border in violation of federal laws. Arizona's prisons remain full of illegal aliens while citizens and police suffer death at the hands of criminal aliens.
This month, an illegal alien walked over the border to execute lifelong Arizona rancher Rob Krentz on his own property. National Parks Ranger Chris Eggle suffered death at the hands of a drug runner on the Arizona border at Organ Pipe National Park. Over the years, illegal aliens killed several Phoenix police officers: an illegal alien killed Officer Nick Erfle during a traffic stop. The alien enjoyed sanctuary immunity with multiple arrests by Mayor Gordon in Phoenix.
How could such lawlessness gain a stronghold in Arizona ?
First of all, former Governor Janet Napolitano failed to enforce immigration laws and would not station National Guard troops on the border. Phoenix Mayor Gordon maintains a 'Sanctuary Policy" that gives immunity from arrest, prosecution and deportation of illegal aliens.
That's about to change!
State Senator Russell Pearce, along with fellow legislators, wrote and passed, S.B. 1070, the strongest anti-illegal alien legislation in the United States. Ironically, it follows federal laws to a T. It creates states rights to enforce federal law because the U.S. Congress refuses to enforce its own laws. Thus, over 20 million illegal aliens remain within the United States-protected by the very lawmakers elected to maintain laws.
Arizona Senators Jon Kyle and John McCain continue standing by with their hands in their back pockets as the invasion overwhelms Arizona. Both face being oustered by new candidates. While McCain just endorsed SB 1070, and encouraged Governor Janet Brewer to sign the bill, he faces candidate J.D. Hayworth in the November runoff. After a lifetime of doing nothing to protect Arizona from illegal immigration, McCain proves old, worn out and ineffective. J.D. Hayworth presents the future of Arizona. The National Border Patrol Council 2544 endorsed Hayworth for election to the U.S. Senate.
State Senator Russell Pearce said, "Arizona will do away with sanctuary policy at the state level and at the city level. We want to let law enforcement officers to do their jobs. States have the inherent right to enforce the laws of our country. Arizona will set the pace. We will lead the charge in Arizona to defend the U.S. Constitution."
Screaming illegal advocates in Phoenix Hundreds of illegal aliens marched on the capital in Phoenix this week. They know this law will 'sour the milk' for their continued presence. They know their days of lawlessness, free medical, free food, free schooling, assisted housing, untaxed work and pay under the table, and freewheeling--approach an abrupt ending.
"We hope other states will follow our lead," said Pearce. "We cannot continue with weak kneed politicians."
After the Krentz murder, Governor Jan Brewer expects to sign the bill into law.
After the bill becomes law, 460,000 illegal alien will find themselves in a precarious position. Additionally, employers will face felony crimes, heavy fines and jail time. The law will create an exodus from Arizona which will open up job at a living wage for Americans and reduce educational, medical and prison costs as illegals vacate Arizona.
Subsequently, the illegals may return to Mexico, or they may hit other states. One way or the other, it will create a new dynamic, which will force neighboring states to also vote for laws that stop continued illegal alien
lawlessness. For more information: www.azleg.gov to download SB 1070. Also, call Arizona Governor Jan Brewer in support of the bill: Ph. 602 542 4331

Subject: Arizona Illgeal Immigration
From: Mike
Date: Sun, April 25, 2010
To: Ken AdachiIn response to the article written by Frosty. The total subject matter is depicted in general. As mentioned, jobs is a real concern for the taxpayers and citizens of Arizona .Furthermore, some may recall that the so-called reason the illegals were here is because they are doing work that the U.S. citizens "won't do". That was just one of many lies spread to the liberal bleeding heart dumbed down people of the once great country. The fact is, it's not because people won't do the work, but rather, they can't do the work in a lot of cases because of basic economic principles such as profit.
The recent run up of housing and construction competition was brought about by the degenerate money whores of Washington D.C. in an obscured
attempt to purchase votes and maintain power. And like all of the other broken promises, this would too, be the same once the goal was obtained."Immigration reform" is another way of saying, purchased vote. The people of Arizona are fed up with anchor babies [babies of illegal alien born in US hospitals who automatically become a US citizen which in turn paves the way for legalization of the parents], entitlement programs on the backs of the taxpayer and have spoken in due process. The nation will lag behind only because, for the most part, they do not have to deal directly with the problem.
As always, until it effects you, you don't see the problem. Thousands of jobs have been lost to illegals that would have otherwise gone to taxpayers where the money could have been used for education and healthcare rather than entitlement programs that further drain the social services and the genuine intentions for which they were established, (help the truly needy, sick, elderly, veterans and less fortunate).
The Mexican groups are the majority of open protesting, not that they are the only illegals, but they are the ones that the government is using to promote various agendas. This illegal issue is a guise for much deeper and more sinister controls. The government, as always, tries to re-direct its real intentions much like a magician and uses things like sports, immigration, war, earthquakes, pirates and just about any thing that will distract the average idiot from the real issue at hand.
Arizonians do not need Mexicans to do what they "will not." While sadly true, most of the illegals come from a very depressed economic condition, none of which is the taxpayers fault nor should the taxpayer be responsible as such. Arizonians, like the rest of the citizens of America, deserve to work hard and be rewarded for their efforts. America was not built by entitlement programs, but rather hard work and contributing into a future for themselves and their children.
There has been little discussion about the differences in an immigrant and a migrant and should be considered. A migrant is generally seasonal and returns to their respective home country when the work is finished. An immigrant implies that they are from another country with the idea of starting a new life in their new found country. Leaving behind much of the former ideas and adapting to the new countries ideas and traditions. That concept has not been the case with most of the illegals. Look around the neighborhoods and businesses. It's clear that they have no intention of assimilating into our way of life, but rather expect us to adapt to their way that should have been left behind. Not that they should forget where they came from, but respect where they are.
Decay is a slow process but can be stopped with the right treatment. Now is the time to take back America. It is at its weakest point due to division and distrust. If the citizens of this great country fail to respond to the calling now, we may never get another chance.

You hit on many of the key points that angers and distresses Americans about the mountain of lies perpetuated by the promoters of "immigration reform.". The hidden agenda to which you allude includes the fragmentation and dissolution of American national identity, our sense of sovereign unity, sovereign purpose, and above all, sovereign loyalty. We have a growing plethora of INFIL-TRAITORS ensconced into positions of high political authority in this country who are working on behalf of the Illuminati/Zionist agenda to destroy America from within by, among other things, encouraging ethnic identity, balkanization and regionalism. Recently, we saw the governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, an Austrian national and son of a Nazi party policeman, re-appoint Abel Maldonado, son of Mexican "immigrants", as Lieutenant governor of California. Maldonado failed to win confirmation as Lt. governor when first appointed back in Nov. 2009, so after sufficient back room deals are made with Democrats, he gets approved.
I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that the real driver behind the Census 2010 "mandatory" questions is not the head of the U.S. Census Bureau, but rather the head of the the U.S. Commerce Department, Commerce Secretary Gary Locke, yet another Chinese INFIL-TRAITOR, who is the son of parents-both born in China- and is married to a woman who is also born of native Chinese parents, and may herself have been born in China.
We have an illegal alien, Barry Soetoro, criminally posing as President of the United States. In the 2008 election, we had John McCain, another ineligible, non-US born individual running against him on the Republican ticket. We have the son of an Irgun terrorist, Rahm Emanuel, with dual Israel/US citizenship, holding the position of White House Chief of Staff. We have George Bush Sr, born in Durlich Germany under the name of George Scherff, infiltrated into the United States in the 1930's as a Nazi agent and given a false identity and paperwork so as to appear to be a native born American, son of Prescott Bush. The list goes on and on.
Don Nicoloff has recently penned a series of articles ( Part 1, Part 2) exposing that Dwight D Eisenhower was born in Austria of a Hapsburg bloodline, and was infiltrated into America in the first decade of the 20th century. Don's next installment of the Eisenhower expose, to be soon published, will present shocking and damming information which will not only corroborate his earlier articles on Eisenhower, but eliminate all doubt that ensconcing INFIL-TRAITORS into high political office is the chief vector for orchestrating the destruction of America from within.
