Health Freedom Update RE: Bill C-51 Tuesday Night June 17th 2008
from Trueman Tuck, Leader of the Republican Party of Ontario
Thank you all for the excellent efforts in working together to so far stop Bill C-51 from passing second reading and to try and ENCOURAGE the Conservatives to cancel Bill C-52 and the Drug Sub-class Natural Health Product Regulations immediately.
It is very important that we have a new E-Protest SURGE immediately to convince the Conservative LEADERSHIP not to debate Bill C-51 tomorrow. Go to our website www.republicanpartyofontario.ca and send E-Protest letters immediately.
The Conservative Leadership is still determined to force Bill C-51 though as soon as possible. It is again scheduled for debate tomorrow. See link and full text below -

From: pk [mailto:gypsyflame13@yahoo.com] Sent: Monday, June 16, 2008 3:56 PM To: liberty@republicanpartyofontario.ca Subject: URGENT STOP C51 - Government was NOT HIRED TO legislate away my right of choice!!!
I am fully aware of the true nature of Bills C51 and C52 and therefore I am completely opposed to both bills. I am in fact shocked that they have even been introduced and I demand - that you as my Representative protect my Rights which include my Freedom of Choice as to how and by what means my body is treated and nurtured by voting NO to both of these bills.
Further, anyone voting for these bills will never receive my vote in any future election. Further, I will make it my business to ensure that all of my friends and acquaintances are informed as to who votes for these bills and, virtually everyone in my acquaintanceship uses natural products.
I wish to make it clear that I am a perfectly able-minded and intelligent Canadian adult who is fully capable and prepared to continue to use my own judgment in deciding what I will or will not purchase - be it cars, clothes, personal care or health products.
I do not require additional restrictions from the government to eliminate and further restrict my options. These unnecessary restrictions are in fact actually a blatant infringement of my freedoms and rights of choice as a Canadian.
