Hello Arthur,

Can you decipher this gobbledygook for me?

I expected to read an essay by Ron Paul called The Planetary Population Protection & Atmospheric Air Purity Act.

Upon reading, I get exactly ONE SENTENCE from Ron Paul

Then, I read "Please Route:" (whatever that means) and next, there's contact info for Paul followed by "White Paper proposed by Ron Paul Advisor"

I then read a two and one half page essay from an UNKNOWN, UN-NAMED individual who has the brass to identify himself as "Ron Paul Advisor"

Have you read this ridiculous fantasy by "Ron Paul Advisor" ?

The "Congress shall instruct the US AIr Force to shoot down any plane from any nation" who violate the act, etc.

I'm all for seeing some sort of official recognition of chemtrail poisoning by any member of congress since Dennis Kucinich's 2004 tepid attempt to address the daily chemtrail poisoning operations in North America, but I would like to read an ACTUAL proposed legislative bill AUTHORED by a REAL congressman and not be treated to some feel-good fantasy by an unknown writer claiming he's a representative of, or associated with, or an "advisor" to Ron Paul

By the way, the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE is the principle military organization overseeing and coordinating the chemtrail spraying operations in North America. I seriously doubt if they are going to shoot down their own computer controlled, drone sprayer aircraft. That's a little like asking the SS to step in and stop the persecution of Jews during World War II.

I'm also somewhat leery of the new DVD by the two Johnny-come-lately chemtrail experts who latched onto G. Edward Griffin to help them promote and sell their DVD. While I haven't seen the DVD yet, I get the feeling, from what I read over the internet, that the theme of this 'expose' (after 13 years of daily chemtrail bombardment) is the same climate geo-engineering, anti-global warming, protect-us-from-excessive-solar -radiation crap that the CIA has been trying to hawk for the past 3 or 4 years, beginning with the late Edward Teller's well distributed statements about the "need" to protect the earth from excessive solar radiation (a total LIE and Illuminati-sponsored fabrication of course).

THE PLANETARY POPULATION PROTECTION & ATMOSPHERIC AIR PURITY ACT

Henceforth, from the passage of this Bill, all spraying of Aerosols, Gases, and/or Metal Particulates (whether they be considered toxic or not) into the atmosphere over any portion of the United States or its terrorities shall be considered a crime against all the people of this Nation. The preservation of this Planet depends upon the air that we breathe. It must remain pristine and pure. Therefore, committing any Acts of Atmospheric Poisoning shall be considered a crime punishable by Death or Life Imprisonment without possibility of parole.

Within seven days after this Law is enacted, the Congress shall instruct the United States Air Force to shoot down any plane from any Nation flying over the United States or its territories that violate this Act. Considering the fact that millions of tons of Aerosols which are now determined to contain Aluminium Oxide, Barium, Strontium, and Sulphur Hexa-Fluoride Toxins appear to have been already sprayed upon the population of this country, Great Britain, Canada, Ireland and other nations on Earth. One can only conclude, without evidence to the contrary, that these horrendous crimes of astronomical proportions have already been committed against us.

It would appear that the Money Monarchy that rules the United States & Great Britain has declared War upon Mother Earth and the people who inhabit this Planet. This must be done by Courts of our own making with Judges and Jurors constituted by We, the People, of the United States of America and not by those who are attempting to establish a New World Order upon the Death of our Sovereignty.

The time has come that it is now necessary to invoke the Declaration of Independence and reinstate its guarantees for the protection of our Citizens with regard to the crimes that have been and are now being committed by Agents and Apparatchiks of this Criminal Cartel that are conducting these atmospheric atrocities upon our people.

Our Declaration of Independence clearly states: “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right , it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”
