Translation- HAARP will be generating another earthquake in Iran, just as it did in Bam, Iran on Dec. 26, 2003 ( see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bam,_Iran ), exactly one year to the day from the Jakarta Tsunami, on December 26, 2004, and more recently in China, in which unusual cloud formations were noted immediately prior to the quake.
