A man was killed yesterday by flash flooding during weather
modification experiments and heavy chemtrail dumping in northern
California.
The last deaths from weather modification were during last summer's
chemtrail induced "unprecidented dry lightning storm" that caused a
huge number of fires in northern California that burned for months.
