Subject: Forgiveness
Hi Ken,
I read your great article on Karma and I'd like to add something I've been told about forgiveness.
I've read that the act of forgiveness neutralizes karmic debt. Hence, it is wise for us to include forgiveness as a regular routine practice, perhaps, during meditation. Moreover, there are at least two entities that we either neglect to forgive or find it challenging to forgive: ourselves and God (higher self, etc).
Additionally, forgiving is a process that we continually need to practice and is never ending. It, also, makes sense that as we become more forgiving, we automatically become more loving-the two are inextricably woven together.
