Dear Ken Adachi,
I've been in the military for some time now and have had MANY metal fillings
put in my mouth, against my requests. Since then, my health has deteriorated
significantly. I've been to dozens of military dentists requesting the removal
of said fillings. I've also contacted patient's advocate as well. All have
refused to touch the issue and/or will not allow a referal to a civilian
dentist (which I couldn't afford without Tricare). My question is: Is there a
safe way to 'make' my fillings just mysteriously fall out?
Thank you
SrA John R.

Hello John,
No, you have to get the amalgam removed by a dentist. If you can get to Mexico, it's about 1/10 the cost of what it is in the United States (I assume you meant US military, but I don't know what rank SrA refers to?)
Hulda Clark had a few dentists in Tijuana that she was happy with and recommends in her books. Anyone who has trained with the Hal Huggins Institute in Colorado is also a good choice for amalgam removal.
Get one tooth done at a time so you can afford it out of pocket. It's wiser to have them removed and replaced with NON METAL composite filling. You have to make sure the dentist understands that you want ZERO metal composite fillings. Many dentists DON'T EVEN know the issue of metal versus non metal composite materials. Most composites have metals in them so they will show up on X-rays.
Dr Frank Jerome wrote the definitive book on this topic called Tooth Truth
When you study Dr Jerome's book or Hulda Clark's books, you will see that metal dental work is the major contributing factor for many disease conditions.
You need to remove all root canals and metal crowns as well. The goal is ZERO metal in the mouth. Anything less means that you're wasting your time. 100% metal removal is the only "solution"
