Hurricane Matthew is now breaking records in the Caribbean. Looks to me like weather warfare going on both hemispheres of the planet. Taiwan has gotten hit hard this year, more than once. Huge financial, economic, weather, cyber warfare taking place right now between Asia and Western powers.

Matthew travelled from Africa as a tropical depression, disorganized and spread out. Wind speeds less than 50 kph. As soon as it got into the Caribbean it grew rapidly. The Caribbean surface temperature is about the same as the Atlantic waters, therefore man-made evaporation has to be factored in. As there is little in the way of Aetheric Ice anywhere in the Atlantic region, another technology is being used.

A number of hurricanes this year have had the twin eye feature. two earlier storms parked off the coasts of Georgia and New York kept being regenerated. With one eye dissipating another eye developed beside it and grew to the size of the original eye and augmented the original storm. In both storms, the day to day regeneration kept the stormed fixed in the same area for three or four daysagainst the flow of the prevailing winds.

I believe the US Navy and Air Force are pouring huge amounts of microwaves into the region of the storm. The original eye soaks up the microwaves without allowing them to contact the ocean surface. Where the microwaves do contact the ocean surface, water vapor rises in such great amounts that it is able to form a second eye which may or may not merge with with the first eye. The microwave beam technology may be space-based, not just on surface ships or land-based radar arrays.

The microwaves could be deadly to anyone on the ocean. If clusters of people dying of heart attacks on cruise ships or coastal cities happens in the Caribbean, let me know.

Matthew is predicted to travel north from Aruba to Cuba and Bahamas. It may be steered towards the US east coast.

The Pentagon wants this weather weapon and repeatedly has used it against people.

This is an extremely odd behavior for the NEXRAD RADARS to exhibit in a direct line with each other starting in Moorehead City, NC going northwest through West Virginia! This appears to be some form of potential beam activity. HAARP??? Hurricane Matthew is "weakening" but the forecast track is to pull it out to sea then BACK DOWN into Florida as a possible "Tropical Storm" by October 10th or 11th.
