[Editor's Note: Most of us have been cowed into compliance with a corporate 'system' that has used intimidation and heavy handed police robots to keep us 'locked down' and afraid to defend our own constitutional liberties. If you don't think what this man is doing takes real guts, then tell the next corporate policy enforcer (cop) who pulls you over in your car that you will only show him your licence when he can show you where in the Bill of Rights it says a citizen needs a license to travel on the roads of their own country in a conveyance contraption of their choice. You'll quickly understands what it means to face the wolves of tyranny on your own. The cop's not concerned about arresting you or towing your car away, because the car belongs to the state, not to you. In fact, you belong to the state, as least that all-capital-letter name that they use to represent you belongs to the state and you keep on representing him. The state took title of ownership away from you when the car dealer sent the car's certificate of title to the state government after you drove it off their lot. SUBJECT: RICK STANLEY ARRESTED FOR DEMONSTRATING AND EXERCISING HIS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AT THE COLORADO STATE SUPREME COURT BUILDING

Rick Stanley, Constitutional Activist and former 2002 US Senate Candidate gave the following media release on Tuesday, May 27, 2003:

Rick Stanley was arrested in front of the Colorado State Supreme Court building today at 8:00AM, and spent two hours in jail in handcuffs for exercising his constitutional right to openly keep and bear arms in Denver, Colorado. After being released, Stanley continued exercising his right in front of the Denver Police station at 13th & Cherokee and then proceeded back over to the Colorado State Supreme Court building to continue showing his 6ft x 4ft sign which reads: "COWARDS COMMITTING TREASON - DENVER AND COLORADO JUDGES ARE VIOLATING THEIR OATH OF OFFICE - RICK STANLEY DEMANDS HIS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS BE UPHELD."

This will not deter Rick Stanley from demanding that his constitutional rights be respected by the City and County of Denver.

Stanley had this to say "I was arrested by a half dozen Denver Police officers, who bore down on me in six police cars, guns drawn, for exercising my
constitutional right to keep and bear arms in the city of Denver. I will be in front of the Colorado State Supreme Court building every weekday from 7:30AM to 9:00AM demonstrating my constitutional protected and guaranteed right to keep and bear arms."
